So impressed. Phone call and email updates 2X a day. That house only lost power about 12 hours, fortunately. Clay Electric house = 2.5 days, no calls, no updates and snarky updates on their page. Way to show some class for Duval and parts of Clay, JEA.
Why? Would a JEA, power man tell you that your power will be restored today! It hasn't been yet!
Im still without power and also im a my way customer i wanna how come your taking money off my account. When i do not have power you guys sucks for that cause the money i have for my lights im putting for gas for the generator

Day 6 and still without power. The sad part is all my neighbor have power but me, I call Jea 6 times. Had an electrician came by and put the report in and still with no power but, look at my bill and see that my bill is due at the end of this month. And my kids and I are without power in our home. Smh this ain't right what you guys are doing.
There is an amazing group of people that make up this Electric Company!
Although I was only without power for 8 hours. I know how hard you guys have worked to make sure everyone's power is back on as quickly and as safely as possible. Thank you so much � for working the long hours and for being away from your families to make sure this happens. You're awesome.
