Thank you jea and the Alabama crews for working all day to restore power to my neighborhood. It is 9:40 and they did it and I thank you. We were one of the last neighborhoods to get power restored but thank you for the many hours and hard work you put to get us power again. Thank you

Thank you for the very tedious work you do. We have become so accustomed to instant everything, we forget some things take time! Thank you for not being so hurried in restoration, to cause us frustration, but to keep your workers and customers from harm. One suggestion, I would love to see a portion of your profits go into more underground utilities, especially since many of the same customers were out during Matthew. Also, clearance of storm drains and tree trimming on a more regular basis would be excellent proactive plan.

JEA has done their best to get everyones power on, the call center has remained polite and the workers got our power back on after a long hard 5 days but they did it along with millions of others. Thanks to everyone who made it possible, in the field and behind the scenes.

My neighborhoods outage map was changed saying that the power outage was reported today, the 15th. The power outage was actually reported on the morning of the 11th. I know this because I have been checking the outages everyday. Yes, The lineman are working hard and I appreciate that, but don't have your tech/internet people display blatant lie to make it seem like the power only went out today.
