Every block and street between I10, Park, Stockton and Margaret is powered but my 2 blocks of Ernest St. No damage, no wires, no branches, no tickets, no reports, no trucks, no crews. Nothing to fix. Just turned off by JEA computer with no estimate of turn on. Same thing been happening now for 15 years every major storm. Fuck you JEA and your computer program. Was 10 days last time. Day 5 and counting.
