If JEA wants to brag on T.V about 94% of customers having power that's great. HOWEVER, what about the rest of us that falls into the 6% group? If you call JEA they give you a different story every time.
I just wanted to publicly say "THANK YOU" for all the hard work. We were out for about 72 hours and now back up and running. There were ALOT of trees that fell due to Irma and we knew this would be a challenge. I am so thankful for all you do in times of crisis! Thank you again!
