Pure trash. They try to pretend to be a part of the community but it's more apparent their bottom line matters most.. even over small children with medical conditions reliant on power.
Your team, and your out of state help, are unbelievably efficient and effective following these horrible events. I am extremely thankful that you got us back up so quickly (2 days). After Hugo, we were without power for 2 months. I hope that the nagging and depreciative comments from the less experienced storm victims don't take away from our gratitude as a whole. I'm dropping one star on here to try and cancel out some of these whack five star ratings you are getting from Irma outages.
I think they have done great. Seeing all the damage there has been and knowing the long hours they have worked, they are a blessing to Jacksonville. Now if they could get the Baymeadows/Brierwood area back on, my son and his family would be great. Also, since y'all have worked so many miracles already, if you could get the water to go down at the Julington Creek marina so my daughter can get back to their boat/home. LOL
