Thank you, JEA for working so tirelessly to restore power to our city. Most people I know have their electricity on so much more quickly than last year, when Matthew struck. I see your trucks daily, and I know restoring power for everyone is a long and complicated process. You can't please everyone all of the time, and I just wanted to leave a positive review to combat some of these really negative, one star reviews!

I'm going to agree with the last reviews and say my problem is not with the line crew or the people working the phones. Two years in a row my poor street is in the last 3% to get power because of our small grid. Our street had a down line for 6 days with no trees in the way and was told that because there is such a small amount of houses on the grid we are a very low priority. Every time I call I'm polite and understanding I just wish they would assign crews just for the small grids and look out for us too. My next move will... read more
