Just wanted to give a big post of appreciation to Larry Sparks and his other crew members... These individuals were quick to go above and beyond to get power back to Windy Hill residents. They did it with very little sleep, after working long hours, and possibly getting very little thanks for their hard work. When you see a JEA field tech in your area pl... read more

The tree was dismantled to allow JEA access to the property, and on more than one occasion while I was at the home cleaning, the JEA truck drove by, never stopped, and within minutes a phone call and email stating job complete. Impossible to do without stopping the truck, getting out, running lines, connecting lines ... read more

I understand that the field workers are working very hard and I very much appreciate them but can't handle be lied to by customer services about my repaired lines and poles, and having power when no one has stepped foot on my property in a week is uneceptable. I understand that My private drive is low priority but 900 feet of unsecured down power lines on the ground. That is very unsafe for my family

No power since Monday. My neighborhood has power on Fort Caroline Rd but not my house. The negative line is snapped out from the pole. Tempted to rig it ourselves. Anyone have a bucket truck?
