Thank you for helping our families in Puerto Rico. My brother works for the power company in Puerto Rico and they can use all the help they can get.

Horrible supervisors that are never available to speak to customers. The poor service reps have to take the abuse from customers who have been overcharged. I've had an account with you for 20 years (not by choice) and the lack of compassion and consideration for your customers is disgusting!

The day I moved in the power was already disconnected. They said I owed them $20 even though I was not told this when I set up the account a week prior. No phone call, no email, no paper mail informing me of the balance. They just disconnect the water and power without notice when I have consumed nothing so far. Power is still disconnected over 24 hours after payment. A great way to treat a brand new customer. Are there any other utility companies to do business with in Jax?

JEA is pure trash. They switched my account with an empty apartment due to an error on their part, charged me 700 dollars to fix it, then another 200 dollars for no reason, and their teleoperator laughed at us when we complained. FUCK YOU JEA.

My account shows a past due balance, but I have an email from JEA saying thanks for my payment. Now I'm trying to make a payment and the system won't accept the payment. I've had nothing but problems trying to make payments for the last few months. I was also one of the many people that was charged more than once for failed online payments. Can someone please look at my account and tell me how I can make a payment online or without going to a location or being charged to make a payment?
