have mercy on customers who need a few more days to pay their bills. hire better customer service Representatives who don't talk down to people like they're stupid.
They do what benefits JEA without listening to what their customers want. All they do is pretend to care. Just attended a "town hall" meeting with JEA where they had their "experts" explain how 100ft high voltage power lines would not affect home values or health of nearby residents. JEA's compromise with the community was to install 6ft bushes in front of the 100ft concrete towers instead of the previously planned 4ft bushes. #JEAisajoke #whatadeal

It must be easy to do this since this is a monopolistic so called non profit entity. This provokes the poor people in the city of Jacksonville to go for help from agencies that only obtain valuable information like social security numbers and other documents yet decide not to help the ones clearly in need...
Provide competitive rates for buy-back of solar energy from customers.
the only utility company in town they take total advantage of it. constant rate increases fees ect. we need more competitive markets like the rest of Florida. we have choices for cable, internet ect why are we the only county with only 1 high priced utility company.
Once again they over promise and under deliver, and they don’t even care.
Better personal in call centers that actually know what they are talking about. The past couple cold day in March of 2019 somehow my service spiked for those 3 days that tripple my normal usage( it’s been cold before) but no one can answer. There are only 2 people in my household and we just paid $80 sometimes $75 but that will last 2 weeks (still relatively high, $150 plus a month) but still would last 2 weeks and was told that they would do a deferment this time and next time I pay 25% goes to back charges. I don’t know of... read more
Non-profit, good service, relatively low rates.
The proposed plan for the US 1 and Racetrack Road Electric Reliability Project will have major impacts to the local area both financially and environmentally to business owners and most importantly residents and their families. Please reconsider this matter and allow for a proper timeline in getting feedback from the community. We all want reliable services from JEA and I hope you will listen to the community and work with them to compromise with the execution of this project.
