the water here in riverside tasting and smelling like dirt again like back in sep when they opened all the fire hydrants to flush water out from said valve that got opened after like 10 years and got into our water. when I took a shower last week felt like I was in a over chlorinated pool with the smell then last night noticed it smells like mud water something isn't right and other people are saying the same on the neighborhood app so what's up JEA you going to do something about this?

The craziest thing is... they don't post payments on Holidays, but will sure take your money on a holiday!! They will also try to set you up for failure on Christmas! Terrible...

They suck. Worst company I have ever dealt with. My power is currently off without warning while they are working on a power pole. They thought they’d be slick and do it at 9 because nobody is home during the day. Guess what, I am. I had to ask them to turn the power back on just to be able to open my garage door to get in my house. Then, the weasel who I believe was “in charge” acting like a massive turd, and got butt hurt I wanted them to allow me to get into my house. Whenever there is an issue in our neighborhood it takes very often weeks for it to be resolved. It seems to me that the areas of town that are more affluent seem to have their issues resolved so quickly. We are on the Westside and it seems like we are not a priority. We currently have a water main break. It has been gushing water since yesterday and all JEA did was put some sticks and orange tape around the gaping hole and say they will get to it in a few days. the worst public utility probably in the entire country. outside of sketchy corporate mismanagement, they have problems just keeping the electricity on and working normally. if you have a choice, get FPL services. JEA is a joke.

I’m praying someday we demonopolize electricity because this place is trash. They won’t even let me pay my bill online because four years ago someone messed with my account while I was out of the STATE and now I have to go in person to a Walgreens and there’s no way to rectify it.

I WISH I could give them zero stars. I’ve never had an issue whatsoever with JEA until two days ago. There was a “routine” change of my water meter at a time I was not home to supervise. I returned home to a notice stating “leak on customer side outside of box”. I did notice some digging was done, but absolutely no water in my yard around the meter. Mind you my water bill is have never been more than $12-$20 in the three years I’ve owned my home, and was at its lowest on my recent bill. I noticed low water pressure and had a... read more
