The 2022 bunglow we purchased has multiple warranty issues that they won't honor. It sickens us that once we made our purchase we can't get any of much needed repairs done. For almost a whole year now we cannot get any satisfaction

Bought a 2022 Bungalow from Dealer in *****. This park model is meant to be parked and has only been on the road from the dealer to my site. I have had nothing but trouble with the unit. The ** is Hurricane strapped down per county requirements so I cant take it back to the dealer. The refrigerator went bad in three months and leaked causing damage to the floor. Purchased brand new 5th wheel in April 2021. Have had problems with it since the day we drove it off the lot. Has been in for warranty repairs for 14 months of the 23 months weve had it. It is still at this date waiting for more repairs. Even though weve been unable to use it for the majority of time weve owned it Jayco doesnt care. They of course will not replace the trailer and refuse to extend warranty. We have a $100,000 driveway decoration. Horrible product, horrible customer service. Jayco has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I tried to schedule my trailer to be serviced the last month of my warranty and the dealership couldnt get me in until 3 months later. Instead of having the common sense and decency to honor my warranty because I scheduled within my warranty period, they denied my warranty claim. Purchased a brand new Highland Ridge fifth wheel Jan of 2022 from ***************** in ***********, **. We are full time work campers and had nothing but issue after issue. We purchased a warranty, but since it was new it would not cover anything until first year ran out.that was a waste of money! NEVER again! NOT recommended! Nothing but MAJOR ISSUES! From day 1...and 7 months later they still have not made this right.
