Day 224 of ownership, Day 104 at the dealership for repair. 20 days ago, Jayco customer service assured me the parts needed to repair our 2022 32rlts would be expedited to the dealer(all were supposedly in stock). Today were back to radio silence from the dealer. Our Jayco travel trailer had a recall for the Regulator. No dealers in our area had the part, on back order, approximately 6 month wait time. Found the part an hour away at Jayco dealer, purchased it. Put the part on ourselves. Jayco has denied to reimburse us for the part that was *****. My opinion is that this is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Jayco sent us a safety recall notice on a brand new 2022 *** Flight SLX. We haven't used the trailer yet and it already needs repairs? The closest dealer is 2 hours away and Jayco said it's our responsibility to get the recall repairs completed (no reimbursement for mileage/gas). Not happy that they put out a piece of c*** product that is now going to cost us hundreds of dollars in ************ than a day to resolve. Do better Jayco!!

I bought a Jayco RV and compared to the one we owned some time ago this new one is a great disappointment there are several manufactures defects. If I had known this was going to be such a disappointment I would not have wasted my hard earned money on it. If I could get moat of my money back from it i would sell it today. broken water pipe molding bowing leaking water faucet radio that not only drains the battery but now does not work, had to pull the fuse storage door that will not stay open. and other items I have made som... read more

Wow how sad to see all these complaints. So many that have gone unresolved. Shame on you Jayco. For a company that claims to have so much pride in their Warrantee Package your a disgrace. We've owned a 2022 Jayco Greyhawk 29mv for just over a year. It's been in the shops more then on the road. And the biggest item that ****** me off the most is the generic responses to each complaint. If you worked half as hard at keeping the customer's you have as you do at trying to sell you extended warrantee's. Perhaps then you wouldn't ... read more

I have had many problems with our new jayco fifth wheel. Front door would not close properly. It's kind of fixed. Still afraid to use the dead bolt. Microwave would not work. They replaced that. Now the kitchen countertop is bubbling up. Bought it to *****************************. jayco said they would replace the countertop. It's been months waiting. Stay away from Jayco, we have a 2019 x213 and the rear slide is poorly designed and built.The slide broke a weld on the rear wall frame according to our dealer which led to a large crack in the fibreglass rear wall. Jayco respectfully declines any warranty claim despite the fact we were under the impression we had 3 year structural warranty according to our dealer, Jayco says we only have 2 years.Regardless because of covid we barely got two full camping seasons since buying this trailer brand new and Jayco has no interest i... read more
