Purchased a Bungalow in 2018 and have had nothing but issues with the ** and ** dealer that I purchased it from. Would not buy another Jayco.

Purchased a brand new Highland Ridge fifth wheel Jan of 2022 from ***************** in ***********, **. We are full time work campers and had nothing but issue after issue. We purchased a warranty, but since it was new it would not cover anything until first year ran out.that was a waste of money! Then the floor ripped due to the slide, heater broke, floor sagged, fridge stopped working! They fixed some but not all. NEVER again! NOT recommended! Nothing but MAJOR ISSUES! From day 1...and 7 months later they still have not made this right. We still have problems and still going back to service department at our expense. They FALSE ADVERTISE for full time RVing! Sticker on the side of the camper by the door. But you call Jayco and they say check owner's manual and it says not for full time use. Trying to do seasonal site and get good use out of this ****************. ***** does not go by their warranty neither does nor code that's represented by ************ had to pay for my own refrigerator ***** wouldn't do the same thing about it neither would nor call to me that's a big violation because the refrigerator the 1st one didn't work right the 2nd 1 didn't work right and they would never get back to the dealer And I'm sick of this and I want something done now

Poorly assembled, ************* supports, 2 windows installed crooked, shower not leveled properly, slide out leaked from day one, I fixed it, why couldn't they build it ************ and wood shavings left in every place not visible to a walk thru. Leaky bath faucet, they don't use teflon tape on fittings. Hinges under bunks damaged or misaligned, poor quality of wood supports under main bed, had to s**** in metal brackets on 2x2's so it could be used to sleep on,over head shelf in same area fell down with only clothes store... read more

Horrible customer service. They may as well save their breath and paperwork explaining their so called "warranty". It is an absolute joke. Won't return calls. Local dealer is no better either. They dropped the ball on a claim that should have been under warranty and now we're screwed and Jayco could care less. Once they get the sale, you can forget ANY customer service. Wish we had looked at more reviews before purchasing a Jayco product. We should have stuck with ****** and I plan on advising others to do the same!

Yes seems like I am in the same boat as everyone else I purchased a 2022 32 bhds all season to move around because I am in the military ,so sold my house purchased a brand new trailer (****** dollars because I didnt want any problems LOL)and 2 weeks in the entry door doesnt close and when it does it could pop open at any time ,paneling in the bedroom is popping off and it was delivered to my house with a broken safety chain now the window blinds are falling off in the bedroom as well as the towel rack in the bathroom so cont... read more

I wish there was a option for negative stars below whats on the ratiing scale!!!! Complete disgust with the purchase of a NEW 2022 Jayco Feather Micro 171BH from Camping World in ********* **. From purchase date on 28 July until unit STILL sitting at the dealer as of 17 Nov 2022 pending warranty related defects. Paying on a unit and still not feeling safe to use it.Warranty repair done on rear bunk doors due to defective closing. we have owned the rv for a couple years and we have used it approximately 70 days. 2 to 4 weeks each year.NOW the NORCOLD refrigerator no longer works. The warranty is for ONE YEAR! We used it 14 days in year one. Now we need another refrigerator.$1,300.00 for a new one and $300.00 to install.
