BUYERS BE WARE!! On July 5,2023 we purchased a NEW Jayco Seismic 405 41' fifth wheel toy hauler camper. Included in the price of the camper was a $699.00 Dealer Prep ********** Fee which was a JOKE. We own one of Jayco's travel trailer (2021 Highland Ridge RL241BH) VIN ***************** that we've only used a few times and bought brand new. Yesterday, one of the most dangerous situations took place when the water tank completely fell out of the bottom of the trailer and it could've seriously injured my family or those around us especially while driving. Bought a brand new 2022 *** flight slx 224bh and nothing but issues. Everything from a rusted frame because it's just primed and not finish painted so it's already rusted to having loss wires so our refrigerator wouldn't work while camping and now I was checking out the roof and took one step and thought my foot was going through the roof. So took it to the dealership and they said the decking isn't attached right and the roof should be redone. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This company is a bunch of crooks who make c*** then sell them out for a pretty *****. The camper we bought came with a defect from the front paneling not being installed correctly so when it finally decided to come off and we tried to have Jayco pay for it they would not because we are a second party buyer. Instead of them installing this correctly they put it together with glue and some staples. No bolts or anything to hold this big piece of metal in place besides that! This is a terri... read more

Jayco ************* - ******** helped ** and then they never returned our correct power cord AND surge protector. They went through our RV plugged in then swapped with someone elses how does this even happen? Unbelievable

Jayco product customer service and quality control all **** purchased a brand new 2023 fifth wheel mid bunk and its been issue after issue from a kinked propane.line not allowing the on demand hot water heater to work which I had to troubleshoot and find a broken ac that the factory put a s**** through the coil the awning motor being bad and I could go on , customer service ***** and doesn't stand behind there product needless to say I would not recommend there product to anyone biggest piece of s*** out there. I agree with **************** and the many other very disappointed Jayco owners who also feel cheated!!! The amount of time, energy, money spent to travel for repairs while under warranty for a brand new very expensive Travel Trailer, as well as very disappointed family due to cancelled camping trips is just so so wrong!!!! I had always heard great things about Jaycos Eagle ** product line. My 2023 Eagle 330 RSTS history: I actually ordered this ** back in May 2022. The model year changed during the process and I ended up with a 2023 model that was delivered to the dealership in September 2022. Several items that I ordered on the form were not present on the ** when it came to the dealership.
