Class B motorhome I bought brand new has a lot of defects. quality of workmanship is very poor. The look is great but not the inside, on our first trip, the toilet stool was unstable, shower head broke, and the bathroom floor leaks. I contacted the dealer and they were busy, wait time to fix it is weeks away. There's a lot more wrong with the unit. Jayco North Point furnace Fire As a fire fighter since 98, I know how important fire safety is. In December we had an RV tech check out our furnace and they said its fine! A few months later my wife being smart jumped into action when our 2020 Jayco Northpoint with a Dometic furnace caught fire in February 2023. Terrible service. They built our Jayco camper with so many defects and now refuse to fix them. Never buy from them. If I could give them no stars I would.

Jayco **************** Request started in May 2023. After multiple emails and phone calls, the work orders have not been completely resolved. The ************* Rep. ******* stated a check for the full amount was mailed to the Service Repair Shop that assisted us, we still paid $2000./+ of our own money, which should also be reimbursed, with interest. We bought this camper in 2021, and it was advertised as being able to live it in year round. We paid $124,000.00 and it has been in the shop where we purchased it from in ********. They have to come and get it because we do not have a truck. This is a lemon and it falls under the lemon law. They have replaced the jacks 2 times, computer 3 times, the power inverter has been replaced 2 times, heat pump once, multiple water line leeks that they have worked on multiple times, shower doors leak have been worked on 4 times, sewer ... read more

I have a 2019 JAYCO Eagle travel trailer 330RSTS. Within a year after purchase I had to have the front cap repainted because of major fading. I took it back to the dealer and they said the warranty had run out and JAYCO would not cover the rest of the faded camper. Now I am having an issue with both recliners that came with the camper.
