Jayco product customer service and quality control all **** purchased a brand new 2023 fifth wheel mid bunk and its been issue after issue from a kinked propane.line not allowing the on demand hot water heater to work which I had to troubleshoot and find a broken ac that the factory put a s**** through the coil the awning motor being bad and I could go on , customer service ***** and doesn't stand behind there product needless to say I would not recommend there product to anyone biggest piece of s*** out there. I agree with **************** and the many other very disappointed Jayco owners who also feel cheated!!! The amount of time, energy, money spent to travel for repairs while under warranty for a brand new very expensive Travel Trailer, as well as very disappointed family due to cancelled camping trips is just so so wrong!!!! Jayco used to have good reviews which is why we chose to buy from them. But what a disappointment!!! They need to reimburse everyone for their "lemons" and show they stand behind their products if they ho... read more

I had always heard great things about Jaycos Eagle ** product line. My 2023 Eagle 330 RSTS history: I actually ordered this ** back in May 2022. The model year changed during the process and I ended up with a 2023 model that was delivered to the dealership in September 2022. Several items that I ordered on the form were not present on the ** when it came to the dealership. I purchased a 2021 pinnacle 36FBTS , 1.5 year old and the master ensuite shower surround has split open along 2 walls and around the bench seat , when inspected the silicone has been placed in spots and not spread properly leaving voids and subject to stress cracking .I talked to a Jayco representative and they are unwilling to help with this , totally unacceptable workmanship and such a high end trailer , they say the lead time is 4 weeks , then ship and I might see it by an August install , all on my dime .I had hoped that... read more

I have owned several Jayco trailers. They used to be one of the best if not the best especially in the **************************** I have so many issues with my 2022 Eagle RLOK 5th wheel and appalling and infuriating response both from Jayco and the dealer. I had approval to buy and be reimbursed for a $250 part that was under warranty, someone new takes over, they tell me documentation has been lost and the expense should not have been approved so Im out the money. I have a 2022 camper that has been on the lot for warranty work longer than it has been in my possession. Furnace doesnt work, wires are hanging down all over unit, slide seal has come off, and all kinds of cosmetic issues. Been working directly with Jayco since January on getting warranty work done and Im still waiting. Thousands of dollars down the drain while my unit sits on the lot. The 2022 bunglow we purchased has multiple warranty issues that they won't honor. It sickens us that once we made our purchase we can't get any of much needed repairs done. For almost a whole year now we cannot get any satisfaction
