I bought a 2023 Jayco Northpointe in May. Two weeks later took it to *******. None of the **** outlets worked, the fresh water to the sink and fridge were not hooked up, shackel bolts came loose, the slide arm cam unhooke from the slide, the solar did not work, the closet in the main bedroom came apart and the trim came off the cabinets. Jayco refused to send a mobile tech, refused to let ** take it to a dealer, and would not guaratee they would reimburse us if we paid a mobile tech. ... read more

I purchased my brand new jayco slx195rb in 2023, and paid cash! Sub par materials, I've called them about warranty issues and got nowhere, everyone wants to pass the buck. Our salesman told us that the warranty was excellent and if I had any problems just call and he would take care of it, bull crap! Your stove top glass is not heat resistant? Why not it's on a hot stove top! Not covered! Many interior defects. The dealer had to work on the lights before I even left the parking lot ??. Not Happy, don't buy jayco

I would never buy another Jayco product. I bought a 2023 Entegra vision XL and had nothing but major problems. **** paid me to *********** to the manufacture, where they supposedly fixed everything. They also made me sign a paper saying I would not *** them. After two weeks, I decided to sign the paper, thinking everything was fixed ,but now the dump valve will not work and they will not return my call nor help in anyway.. ********************* , the service rep seemed to be a nice guy until you sign that paper saying you wo... read more

I would give them a zero star if possible. We purchased a 2023 Jayco Pinnacle. Problems from day one but fortunately our local RV dealer helped ** get them repair. Our first trip out Jan **** to the ********. Our ****** heater was broke amonst other things that were inoperable. We have waited two weeks for them to tell us repair to **************** heater is not cover under warranty No one reached out to us to keep us inform because its assumed we broke it. Class B motorhome I bought brand new has a lot of defects. quality of workmanship is very poor. The look is great but not the inside, on our first trip, the toilet stool was unstable, shower head broke, and the bathroom floor leaks. I contacted the dealer and they were busy, wait time to fix it is weeks away. There's a lot more wrong with the unit. Jayco North Point furnace Fire As a fire fighter since 98, I know how important fire safety is. In December we had an RV tech check out our furnace and they said its fine! A few months later my wife being smart jumped into action when our 2020 Jayco Northpoint with a Dometic furnace caught fire in February 2023. I had my 2022 Jayco North Point for only a few months, and we were working our way from **************** to **** for a wedding. The trip was going well, until one morning while we were packing up to move. I was walking around the ** using the Jayco app on my phone to close the slides. Terrible service. They built our Jayco camper with so many defects and now refuse to fix them. Never buy from them. If I could give them no stars I would.
