Have been waiting over 2 months for Jayco to fix our air conditioner. We have only had the ** for 16 months and is still under warranty, we have been told that they don't even make the air conditioner for this ** and may be the end of the month before one might be even shipped. It is now May and the temperature today was 91 degrees. The temperatures are not to dip below 90 for the next week. Also told by a Jayco dealer stated hat they wouldnt work on their own product and they were referred to us by the warranty department. ... read more

I have been trying to get help from Jayco on how to reset a fault on my refrigerator caused by a power ****** I resolved the issue no thanks to Jayco but needed one last thing. Through the whole thing they gave me no help whatsoever. They would only give me questions that i would resolve or answer only to be met with less answers. Put my Jayco into the service department of an authorized dealer on the earliest day I could book an appointment, which was 40 days out. The 2 year factory warranty expired the day after my appointment. Jayco denied my warranty claim saying the warranty had expired by the time the dealer has submitted a claim. Jayco's warranty *** said I should have told them directly that my RV was going into the shop before the warranty expired. I had to pay for the ***airs out of pocket. This is my second Jayco. Buyer Beware Jayco travel trailers are a real POS they put the wrong Wiper Seals that leak water and then they wont do anything about it. They also dont have anyone that can work on them as soon as I get this fixed Im getting rid of it never to buy a Jayco ever again.Their customer service ***** also horrible company to do business with Dont Buy a Jayco

Worst customer service ever!Bought a brand new camper and have had nothing but issues with the electrical system. Lost all lights, brakes and power to the ** while going through the mountains of ********* in a storm! My family could have lost their life! Cant use the $1k camera system because of the electrical issues. Finally found 2 corroded breakers (on a brand new camper!!) and Jayco will not warranty because its corrosion and against their warranty even though its brand new! Dont buy Jayco Travel Trailers. The 3 year structural warranty is a lie! They refused to approve a bulge protruding in my rv roof saying its still structurally sound but would not extend the warranty in case it protrudes through the roof membrane.

Bought Jayco vs others because of their longevity in the business and building of quality campers backed by an industry leading 2yr warranty. Year one have had issues with water heater, solar, loose connections, front end cap and separated awning. My experience has been quite tough starting with months of looking g for a place to get the ** repaired at a Jayco branded shop. Very disappointed in Jayco. Motor Coach has been at dealership since Nov. Due to sofa ripping my floor. Jayco not wanting to honor nor make things right besides do a patch job kinda repair. Like the coach. But wouldnt recommend Jayco. Service in upper management with Jayco is TERRIBLE
