Like many others, if I could leave a 0, I would. I bought a 2023 Jayco Baja 29' bumper pull camper in Oct 2023. During the walk through that lasted about 5 minutes, I pointed out 4 cosmetic issues; a wrinkle in the ceiling, a flaw in one couch cushion (that could easily become a tear), the trim in one spot was not attached, and the trim cushioning on the back of the dining room chair was not attached. We purchased a 2024 jayco pinnacle 37mdqs in March of 24 and the quality is absolutely terrible. Water leaks, roof wrinkles, pour cabinets and not insulated as stated. This wasn't a cheap camper well at least the purchase price wasn't the camper itself is nothing but cheap. We spent extra for a 3rd ac and when all three are set to 72 on an 85 degree day they can't keep up, which goes to show the pour insulation quality. After reading what these employees did to these cats, it made me nauseous and so very angry. The fact that these men were NOT FIRED UNTIL recently tells us all we need to know. This company deserves to lose all business. It is sickening the anguish and torture that these cats went through, in those moments, while those men sat there and watched them die in unbelievable agony. If I could give my Jayco experience zero stars, I absolutely would. What began as an exciting purchase for my wife and me has turned into one headache after another with our 5th wheel Jayco Eagle 321 RSTS. As an active duty service member, I was hoping for a reliable ** to help transition smoothly between duty stations. Three Jayco employees intentionally put two helpless cats into a trash compactor, where the cats must have suffered horribly until they died a slow, painful death! And Jayco only fired those employees AFTER what they did became public knowledge, which was MONTHS after the animal cruelty was known and reported. Disgusting!!

nasty that the vice president condones his emplyess of the stray cats being thrown into the trash compactor! very nasty company . cause the cats are kver populated . goves them the rig by to inhumanity kill them ? i fo NOT recommend this business at all !!

Have been waiting over 2 months for Jayco to fix our air conditioner. We have only had the ** for 16 months and is still under warranty, we have been told that they don't even make the air conditioner for this ** and may be the end of the month before one might be even shipped. It is now May and the temperature today was 91 degrees. The temperatures are not to dip below 90 for the next week. Also told by a Jayco dealer stated hat they wouldnt work on their own product and they were referred to us by the warranty department. ... read more

I have been trying to get help from Jayco on how to reset a fault on my refrigerator caused by a power ****** I resolved the issue no thanks to Jayco but needed one last thing. Through the whole thing they gave me no help whatsoever. They would only give me questions that i would resolve or answer only to be met with less answers.
