Three Jayco employees intentionally put two helpless cats into a trash compactor, where the cats must have suffered horribly until they died a slow, painful death! And Jayco only fired those employees AFTER what they did became public knowledge, which was MONTHS after the animal cruelty was known and reported. Disgusting!!

Have been waiting over 2 months for Jayco to fix our air conditioner. We have only had the ** for 16 months and is still under warranty, we have been told that they don't even make the air conditioner for this ** and may be the end of the month before one might be even shipped. It is now May and the temperature today was 91 degrees. The temperatures are not to dip below 90 for the next week. I have been trying to get help from Jayco on how to reset a fault on my refrigerator caused by a power ****** I resolved the issue no thanks to Jayco but needed one last thing. Through the whole thing they gave me no help whatsoever. They would only give me questions that i would resolve or answer only to be met with less answers. Put my Jayco into the service department of an authorized dealer on the earliest day I could book an appointment, which was 40 days out. The 2 year factory warranty expired the day after my appointment. Jayco denied my warranty claim saying the warranty had expired by the time the dealer has submitted a claim. Jayco's warranty *** said I should have told them directly that my RV was going into the shop before the warranty expired. I had to pay for the ***airs out of pocket. This is my second Jayco. Buyer Beware Jayco travel trailers are a real POS they put the wrong Wiper Seals that leak water and then they wont do anything about it. They also dont have anyone that can work on them as soon as I get this fixed Im getting rid of it never to buy a Jayco ever again.Their customer service ***** also horrible company to do business with Dont Buy a Jayco

Worst customer service ever!Bought a brand new camper and have had nothing but issues with the electrical system. Lost all lights, brakes and power to the ** while going through the mountains of ********* in a storm! My family could have lost their life! Cant use the $1k camera system because of the electrical issues. Finally found 2 corroded breakers (on a brand new camper!!) and Jayco will not warranty because its corrosion and against their warranty even though its brand new!
