I'm beyond furious with Jayco and feel it's my duty to warn others contemplating an investment in their RVs. I bought a Jayco 264BH, swayed by their so-called solid "3+2 warranty." What a joke that's turned out to be!Here's a rundown of the nightmare I've endured: My refrigerator, covered under their warranty, gave out. Simple fix, right? Wrong. We purchased a Jayco Jayflight 284BHS and we should have known from the absolute beginning they were a money hungry business as they made us stay at their facility for over four hours trying to make us purchase items, warranties and even did a bait and switch on a sway bar, side note this was a cash purchase no financing involved so should have been a matter of writing a check and moving on. Buyer beware of Jayco! Purchased 2023 North Point 382FLRB VIN ***************** from ****** in ***** at the ***** Boat and Sports Travel Show in February. I bought a 2021 Jayco Pinnacle 36FBTS from **************************. I totally understand that when you buy a house that goes 70 m ph on the road you will have problems. On 6/8/2023 I had an appointment to bring my coach down to Affinity again and get some more issues repaired. BUYERS BE WARE!! On July 5,2023 we purchased a NEW Jayco Seismic 405 41' fifth wheel toy hauler camper. Included in the price of the camper was a $699.00 Dealer Prep ********** Fee which was a JOKE. After we got home with the trailer that evening we tried to put the right side slide out & it would not go out, the bathroom door would not close completely and people standing in the kitchen could see in the bathroom. We own one of Jayco's travel trailer (2021 Highland Ridge RL241BH) VIN ***************** that we've only used a few times and bought brand new. Yesterday, one of the most dangerous situations took place when the water tank completely fell out of the bottom of the trailer and it could've seriously injured my family or those around us especially while driving. Bought a brand new 2022 *** flight slx 224bh and nothing but issues. Everything from a rusted frame because it's just primed and not finish painted so it's already rusted to having loss wires so our refrigerator wouldn't work while camping and now I was checking out the roof and took one step and thought my foot was going through the roof. So took it to the dealership and they said the decking isn't attached right and the roof should be redone. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This company is a bunch of crooks who make c*** then sell them out for a pretty *****. The camper we bought came with a defect from the front paneling not being installed correctly so when it finally decided to come off and we tried to have Jayco pay for it they would not because we are a second party buyer. Instead of them installing this correctly they put it together with glue and some staples. No bolts or anything to hold this big piece of metal in place besides that! This is a terri... read more

Jayco ************* - ******** helped ** and then they never returned our correct power cord AND surge protector. They went through our RV plugged in then swapped with someone elses how does this even happen? Unbelievable
