Bought a NEW 2022 Open Range 232MD, where do I begin with the problems I have had in the 1 year I have owned it. We purchased our 2021 Jayco White **** 26rk from ***************************** in ******* ********** in March of 2022. We absolutely love the layout,design, and look of the trailer. I recently purchased a 2023 Jayco seismic luxury 4113. The day I was set to go pick the camper up I received a call from the manager at the dealership stating they had discovered some interior damage caused by improperly winterizing the camper and failure to fully close the kitchen faucet. A full month later when the unit was ready, I arrived to pick it up, was given a walk through by an admittedly under educated new employee. I am very disappointed with Jayco. We bought a new jayco 34 ft travel trailer 1.5 yr ago. This season we went to get it ready for the season and noticed a leak in the kitchen wall, ceiling and into bedroom ceiling. After investigation my husband found the leak was from a factory s**** in the top near the awning.we took it back to where we bought it, as it's still under warranty and they have submitted the claim to Jayco 4.times because even they say it was caused by the s**** and no fault of ours. Jayco has denied the claim.

Purchased a 2024 Jayco North Point 382FLRB in September of 2023, unit had broken water fitting in underbelly within 1st 15min of hookup, once that was repaired found another water leak from shower after the bathroom flooded, this is just a fraction of the issues with the unit,The coach as been at the dealer since waiting on replacement components, in my opinion all necessary components should have been removed from factory assembly line to complete repairs to this unit however we are now going into march still waiting on war... read more

Do your research and check all reviews. I only wish I had taken more time to do so as they have terrible reviews. In April 2022 we purchased a brand-new Jayco 321RSTS. Since day one, weve encountered endless problems. In just a years time we had to replace the entire roof twice because of leaking and soaking of our mattress. We had to also replace the microwave and stove/oven. The fireplace heater stopped working and two water pumps had to be replaced.
