I am very disappointed with Jayco. We bought a new jayco 34 ft travel trailer 1.5 yr ago. This season we went to get it ready for the season and noticed a leak in the kitchen wall, ceiling and into bedroom ceiling. After investigation my husband found the leak was from a factory s**** in the top near the awning.we took it back to where we bought it, as it's still under warranty and they have submitted the claim to Jayco 4.times because even they say it was caused by the s**** and no fault of ours. Jayco has denied the claim.

Purchased a 2024 Jayco North Point 382FLRB in September of 2023, unit had broken water fitting in underbelly within 1st 15min of hookup, once that was repaired found another water leak from shower after the bathroom flooded, this is just a fraction of the issues with the unit,The coach as been at the dealer since waiting on replacement components, in my opinion all necessary components should have been removed from factory assembly line to complete repairs to this unit however we are now going into march still waiting on war... read more

Do your research and check all reviews. I only wish I had taken more time to do so as they have terrible reviews. Their quality/quality control, 2 year warranty and customer service is a joke, they do not stand behind their product when you have issues.Purchased a Brand new 2023 Jayco Seismic Luxury Series Fifth Wheel 3512 (Retail for $160k) and was delivered with several issues:- [ ] Table in back came with chips and scratches.- [ ] Main door and screen not level and sticking.- [ ] Leveling system did not work from day one.... read more

In April 2022 we purchased a jayco eagle ht **** and have had no luck with it the year we bought we had been under a drought so did not find this out till November of 2023 when we got some heavy rain walked into rv and it was like a water fall inside so I started grabbing towels and trash can to catch all the water contacted rv station about what was happening and they said could not do anything at this time so we had a mobile tech come out to find out what was going on was told the whole roof was very soft water had been se... read more

In April 2022 we purchased a brand-new Jayco 321RSTS. Since day one, weve encountered endless problems. In just a years time we had to replace the entire roof twice because of leaking and soaking of our mattress. We had to also replace the microwave and stove/oven. The fireplace heater stopped working and two water pumps had to be replaced. I bought a 2023 Jayco Northpointe in May. Two weeks later took it to *******. None of the **** outlets worked, the fresh water to the sink and fridge were not hooked up, shackel bolts came loose, the slide arm cam unhooke from the slide, the solar did not work, the closet in the main bedroom came apart and the trim came off the cabinets. We live in ******** and were in *******. Jayco refused to send a mobile tech, refused to let ** take it to a dealer, and would not guaratee they would reimburse us if we paid a mobile tech. ... read more

I purchased my brand new jayco slx195rb in 2023, and paid cash! Sub par materials, I've called them about warranty issues and got nowhere, everyone wants to pass the buck. Our salesman told us that the warranty was excellent and if I had any problems just call and he would take care of it, bull crap! Your stove top glass is not heat resistant? Why not it's on a hot stove top! Not covered! Many interior defects. The dealer had to work on the lights before I even left the parking lot ??. Not Happy, don't buy jayco

I would never buy another Jayco product. I bought a 2023 Entegra vision XL and had nothing but major problems. **** paid me to *********** to the manufacture, where they supposedly fixed everything. They also made me sign a paper saying I would not *** them. After two weeks, I decided to sign the paper, thinking everything was fixed ,but now the dump valve will not work and they will not return my call nor help in anyway.. ********************* , the service rep seemed to be a nice guy until you sign that paper saying you wo... read more
