We bought this camper in 2021, and it was advertised as being able to live it in year round. We paid $124,000.00 and it has been in the shop where we purchased it from in ********. They have to come and get it because we do not have a truck. This is a lemon and it falls under the lemon law. I have a 2019 JAYCO Eagle travel trailer 330RSTS. Within a year after purchase I had to have the front cap repainted because of major fading. I took it back to the dealer and they said the warranty had run out and JAYCO would not cover the rest of the faded camper. Now I am having an issue with both recliners that came with the camper. I can't begin to tell you just how sorry my Jayco RV is. We paid almost $110,000 for this pile of junk. 44 things have gone wrong with this camper. I'm not talking about small things, I'm talking major components. Out of the two years we have owned it, the two Jayco shops have had it in their possession more than we have! I am very much convinced it is a COVID camper and it was built with sorry labor and sorry components! What a nightmare from hell! I highly recommend that no one by camper from Jayco!!!

I bought a new jayco ROLK fifth wheel. When I got it home the kitchen cabinet was coming off the wall. It been 8 weeks sitting at the dealer to repaired and Jayco not doing anything to get the parts to the dealer in a timely manner. I am very unhappy with the service I am receiving. I'm beyond furious with Jayco and feel it's my duty to warn others contemplating an investment in their RVs. I bought a Jayco 264BH, swayed by their so-called solid "3+2 warranty." We purchased a Jayco Jayflight 284BHS and we should have known from the absolute beginning they were a money hungry business as they made us stay at their facility for over four hours trying to make us purchase items, warranties and even did a bait and switch on a sway bar, side note this was a cash purchase no financing involved so should have been a matter of writing a check and moving on. I bought a 2021 Jayco Pinnacle 36FBTS from **************************. I totally understand that when you buy a house that goes 70 m ph on the road you will have problems. On 6/8/2023 I had an appointment to bring my coach down to Affinity again and get some more issues repaired.
