I have a brand new Jayco slx bhs. No one wants to help me fix the issue. Im **** miles away from home. On the 1st night the hot water heater went out. The first time we used the awning it detached from the camper. The air conditioner turns on and off(by the way Im in ***** with a 1 year old). The rear bumper weld failed. The door doesnt lock (yes the entry door) it wont shut properly either. The slide isnt level when its pulled out. When it becomes level it starts to pull away the trim. Good Luck getting anyone to help you.

Jayco is one of the worse service-related companies I have ever seen or dealt with! I have a 2022 and the warranty is worthless when things break. Our unit has had things break at least 4 times the 1st month and 2 more times within 4 months after purchase. ****, our service rep from Jayco refuses to pay for defective manufacturers workmanship. Even having the extended warranty does us no good. After using our awning 5 times it broke and **** won't authorize pay for the technicians to fix it. Broken slide and slide window lea... read more

Bought a brand-new J flight 33 RTS, picked it up March 5 of 2022. Had to take it back because the water heater quit working, dealership had it for two full weeks because they had to wait for authorization from Jaco to replace a faulty part on a trailer I had had less than three months. Ask them to check trailer over and check air conditioner as it was going into summer. Got trailer back after 2 weeks(Im in it full time so this was very difficult). Brand new 2022 Jayco 267BHSW, master bed broke after using the lifting pistons twice. Door has not shut properly once since weve owned it. Need to lock the deadbolt from the inside if you want it to stay shut.

We purchased a new Jayco "2022" Swift 20T from Great ******** RV Superstore in ******, ** on 6/1/22 to replace a 2021 Silverado **** as a camper/daily driver that was in lemon law due to multiple blown lifter banks, that BBB Autoline was of no help with FYI. During the test drive we noted that the ************* wasn't working but it was upon delivery, rep told us they just took one out of another one on the lot and ordered a new one for it. Jayco 5th wheel trailers have a significant engineering flaw resulting in excessive flex in the front section incorporating the hitch/pinbox, which results in cracked frames, stress cracking in sidewalls and seam separation at joints causing further damage from water intrusion. It is also noted in their own report, that the bolts supporting the fiberglass sidewalls are not large enough to support those sidewalls. I purchased a 2018 Jayco 29 MV motorhome from ****** dealership in *****, *******.I have been so disappointed in the quality and workmanship of this unit. My wife owned an RV business for ************************************************************************* all our life. many things replaced or repaired. My compaint now is all the seats form both Captains chairs, to the couch and dinette are peeling away. I purchased a jayco jayflight 34rsbs in September 2021 from colerain family rv, and the grey water tank was not plumbed in, so we took it back to colerain family rv, and they refuse to fix the problem because they said jayco only wants to pay them 2 hours, and colerain family rv wants 6 hours pay. They have had it for a month, and still refuses to fix the problem, we are going to be upgrading our travel trailer to a 5th wheel, but it will not be jayco, and it will not be from colerain rv in ****** **** either.

Well everyone at the dealership is nice - unfortunately that's about where it stops. I bought a brand new JayFlight SLX7(MSRP: $30,000) I was told my fridge is gas and electric, but it's only electric. This would be fine but not practical for off grid(which is why I wanted the ability to have a propane fridge). The front door has to be slammed shut, the bathroom door wont shut, the entire dining area has completely fallen apart AFTER 3 weeks of ownership.
