I have had many problems with our new jayco fifth wheel. Front door would not close properly. It's kind of fixed. Still afraid to use the dead bolt. Microwave would not work. They replaced that. Now the kitchen countertop is bubbling up. Bought it to *****************************. jayco said they would replace the countertop. It's been months waiting. Stay away from Jayco, we have a 2019 x213 and the rear slide is poorly designed and built.The slide broke a weld on the rear wall frame according to our dealer which led to a large crack in the fibreglass rear wall. Jayco respectfully declines any warranty claim despite the fact we were under the impression we had 3 year structural warranty according to our dealer, Jayco says we only have 2 years.Regardless because of covid we barely got two full camping seasons since buying this trailer brand new and Jayco has no interest i... read more

We have found the 2022 Jayco Jayflight we purchased to be constructed with poor quality materials, and with shoddy craftsmanship...nothing is square or level. Dealer had to apply staples every 2 to 3" to support moldings, rewire electrical , fix bed frames and tried to square a crooked sliding glass door track/frame within 2 weeks of purchase. The floors creak like an old house just 3 weeks after purchase. Trailer spent one week in the shop just one week after delivery. Absolutely NO service for what they sell and warranties... read more

I purchased a 2022 Jayco 24MBH. It is 18 months old. I store it inside a garage so it does not get exposed to the weather unless we are using it. The trailer has not been exposed to much rain up to this point. We recently had it out camping and it rained. We noticed the wall was getting blisters in one area. I went up on the roof and I found a one inch section of the seal between the roof and the wall that was not never sealed. I purchased a 2021 Jayco Eagle 319mlok fifth wheel. This trailer has been nothing but a lemon. When we first brought it home it would not level, the main air conditioner blew hot air, and the water tank leaked. The furnace has never worked, two refrigerators have failed, the floor in the living area buckled. The widows leak cold air. The slides (2) grind and make noise. I have a brand new Jayco slx bhs. No one wants to help me fix the issue. Im **** miles away from home. On the 1st night the hot water heater went out. The first time we used the awning it detached from the camper. The air conditioner turns on and off(by the way Im in ***** with a 1 year old). The rear bumper weld failed. The door doesnt lock (yes the entry door) it wont shut properly either. The slide isnt level when its pulled out. When it becomes level it starts to pull away the trim. Good Luck getting anyone to help you.

Jayco is one of the worse service-related companies I have ever seen or dealt with! I have a 2022 and the warranty is worthless when things break. Our unit has had things break at least 4 times the 1st month and 2 more times within 4 months after purchase. ****, our service rep from Jayco refuses to pay for defective manufacturers workmanship. Even having the extended warranty does us no good. After using our awning 5 times it broke and **** won't authorize pay for the technicians to fix it. Broken slide and slide window lea... read more

Bought a brand-new J flight 33 RTS, picked it up March 5 of 2022. Had to take it back because the water heater quit working, dealership had it for two full weeks because they had to wait for authorization from Jaco to replace a faulty part on a trailer I had had less than three months. Ask them to check trailer over and check air conditioner as it was going into summer. Got trailer back after 2 weeks(Im in it full time so this was very difficult).
