I purchased a 2018 Jayco 29 MV motorhome from ****** dealership in *****, *******.I have been so disappointed in the quality and workmanship of this unit. My wife owned an RV business for ************************************************************************* all our life. many things replaced or repaired. My compaint now is all the seats form both Captains chairs, to the couch and dinette are peeling away. I purchased a jayco jayflight 34rsbs in September 2021 from colerain family rv, and the grey water tank was not plumbed in, so we took it back to colerain family rv, and they refuse to fix the problem because they said jayco only wants to pay them 2 hours, and colerain family rv wants 6 hours pay. They have had it for a month, and still refuses to fix the problem, we are going to be upgrading our travel trailer to a 5th wheel, but it will not be jayco, and it will not be from colerain rv in ****** **** either.

Well everyone at the dealership is nice - unfortunately that's about where it stops. I bought a brand new JayFlight SLX7(MSRP: $30,000) I was told my fridge is gas and electric, but it's only electric. This would be fine but not practical for off grid(which is why I wanted the ability to have a propane fridge). The front door has to be slammed shut, the bathroom door wont shut, the entire dining area has completely fallen apart AFTER 3 weeks of ownership. ******* in warranty department refused to complete my warranty claim. A simple radio replacement of original radio/gps/dvd/player that failed. Offered unit with less features and told me to take it or keep using the old unit that was not working on all features. They really could careless!

I bought my Jayco 2 years ago and after less than a year the front was sun bleached. Took it to the dealer and they fixed it but the decals flacked and was falls off after 7 months. Took it back to the dealer in ********* **** and they've had it 7 months and still not fixed because they tell me they can't get the the decals from the manufacturer. It's been in for repair now for 7 months, in fact it's been in the shop 5 months longer then I've been able to use it. Never buying a Jayco again staying with General rv in the futu... read more

Recently had to order replacement windows due to extreme wind damage. A Jayco customer service manager checked in with us to see how our order was doing. It was not going smoothe at all. The dealer ordered an incorrect window. The dealer was terrible at notifying us of a delay in ordering a new window. The Jayco customer service manager was not help at all. In fact, we were almost going to have to pay a thousand dollars to remove a damaged window just to get the proper part number. This wasn't even necessary! We called Jayco... read more

I recently purchase a new/used 2021 Jayco HT 274CKDS from the original owner who never used it as he was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. He took delivery 6 months ago and it has sat in his driveway since, never even on it's madden trip. Upon more in depth inspection of the trailer, there are multiple factory quality issues. We received fly purchased a Jayco Seismic Toy Hauler. Its one of the most expensive campers in the Jayco line. After burning off a new tire in 3 months of little driving and having to truck our camper ***** miles round trip up and back Jayco would do nothing to warranty there alignment and also reimburse for transportation or time to pull it back and forth.
