Purchased an Emblem 36U Class A motor coach. I bought the top of the line Jayco Eagle and have owned it 3 months. The metal underneath is completely rusted (its been parked in one spot and has cover around the entire underside). The drawer underneath the stove has come off the rail, the shower sealant was molding after having it less than a month showing it wasnt properly done, the electric fireplace is supposed to continually flicker but now sometimes it does but most if the time it is just on constantly (not flickering). Shame and shame in your informational I bought new 2021 pinnacle the one with 2 bathroom. In August of 2020 my husband and I purchased a Jayco Eagle RSTS 321 . In May of 2021 we noticed bubbles in the fiberglass and defects on the interior wall above the entry door. At that time we had already planned our summer vacations so we made an appointment with our dealer service department in October 2021 after our trips were completed. Jayco denied the repairs under the warranty stating the roof was not properly maintained by the owners. 9 months old had a fire from gas regulator that was recalled 2 months after our fire. Jayco did absolutely nothing under the warranty to fix our trailer. Having a 2 year warranty it being 9 months old. Jayco passed the buc to my insurance company. Now after 7 months we are getting our trailer back

We purchased a 2021 377RLBH just over a year ago. The front AC has not worked properly since day 1. The front awning worked for 3 camping trips and then it quit. And now, we find out our axles are unsafe. Our AC is still not working right, our awning is still broken, and now we are being told that the dealership was shipped the wrong axles and that it will take up to 2 weeks to get them in.
