Customer service is terrible and no help at all! Been polite about the matter until now but megan in technical support will not return my calls. All I simply asked was since I purchased 4 hrs. From home and camping world treated me poorly in the past but is the closet dealer if I could take it to someone else ( non-jayco) and have warranty repairs done. Just bought a 2019 Jayco jay flight 28BHS. I've had it less than two months and the entire suspension, both stairs and the frame are covered in rust. The paint is completely gone on the suspension and in multiple spots on the frame some as large as four feet have no paint and are complete rust. I'm so upset! What was supposed to be a wonderful experience has been ruined by poor quality!! Never again will I buy from them!!

We purchased a brand new Jayco travel trailer last May and have had nothing but trouble. Every time I call they just say “I’m sorry. We will get this fixed”. I shouldn’t have to have a brand new travel trailer that cost us over $20,000 fixed so many times. I should have walked away the day we did our walk through. While doing our walk-through the cover to the outside outlet fell off as the representative was showing us the trailer. When we walked inside there was water all over the floor. We purchased a 2018 Mesa Ridge in May 2018. We camped in it in July and Valentines weekend. When we brought it home right away we noticed the fireplace didn’t work, one of the outside storage locks would not lock, cabinet doors over TV were hung crooked, hinge was pulled out of the frame (hole to big for screw now) and the TV hangs crooked. Purchased a Jayco White Hawk travel trailer in 2017 however due to work and family contraints we were not able to use it for a year. When we took the trailer out for our first trip in 2018 while driving down the road the valance and shade fell off the wall. For the remainder of our trip we had to use a beach towel with duct tape over the window. We also discovered that the bottom of the bathroom door was chipped and damaged. Jayco refuses to cover this under our 2 yr warranty. They tell me it's normal wear and tear. Really??... read more

This review is twofold regarding our purchase of a new 2018 Highland Ridge RV Open Range Light in Colorado. 1st I tried to "write a review" on their website and after entering all the information and clicking on "submit review" I repeatedly received pop up messages (Please select the RV year. My husband and I purchased a 2019 Jayco Eagle Travel Trailer on September 18, 2018. Just the beginning of our headaches that began with the purchase. That is another issue. My main concern here are warranty issues with Jayco and the complete lack of acceptable business practices in order to take care of their customer. Mr. L I purchased my unit (2018 Open Range Ultra Light 2802BH) in the summer of 2017. I used the unit for maybe 2 weeks (tops) prior to starting my family vacation across the USA this Fall. We had a rain storm 16 months after we purchased the unit and water penetrated the seals of the slide and entered the unit. We ended up getting a water log in our facia inside the unit and damaged the interior. Wanted to share my experience before this happens to someone else. We have looked at Jayco for 3 years on a toy hauler. They had the best warranty and seem to be at the time best built. We bought our camper on December 23, 2017 it was brand new. We have only been camping twice because it is a lemon. I have a long list of things but only sharing a few. can not receive water out of our holding tank, the slide out in the kitchen cuts the drain every time you slide it in, water sensors do not work, cabinets falling apart, table ... read more
