Too bad there's not a .0001 star option. A brand new unit with a furnace that doesn't work, leaks, seals that fail, stabilizer that collapsed and a host of other problems only to hear they are not going to be covered by warranty because they're not their problems. A quick search of the internet (something my son should have done before buying it) points to reviewers that all say that the Jayco product (and Thor in general) has devolved into junk. Absolute terrible customer service! I've been waiting for over a year for warranty work on my 2019 Jay Flight 29RKS. The warped door frame causes me to slam my door and leaking shower which is leaking into the underbelly....causing more damage. Jayco customer service is the worse I've ever experienced, I've received one voicemail and never received a call back when I attempted to call back. Very unhappy customer!
We purchased a brand new 2019 Mossy Oak in May 2019. Had problems with it in July 2019 with the slide leaking water in it. They had the dealership come and get it to fix it when we got it back the slide was crooked in the inside and Jayco said they wont fix that because it was cosmetic. The roof has many discolored spots on it too but wont fix that because they say it is just cosmetic. I bought a brand new camper so i would expect it to look like a brand new camper. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING JAYCO! Our 2020 34RSBS Was delivered as a huge piece of junk, tried to trade it in within 1 month of seeing all of the manufacturer defects, dealership cut the trade in half, knowing they sold us a piece of junk! All 3 slides were never secured on top, waterfall on 1 slide, water damage etc. Within 6 months of having this crap, it has been used maybe 2 months with constant issues. Terrible customer service. Camper has a water leak from a screw that rubbed on the cold & hot water lines. It isn’t something that I put in but now I have to fix because the camper is out of warranty. Why should I be held liable for something that has caused water damage when it was manufactured like that? Took well over 6 weeks for Jayco to get back with me. They suggest I take to another service center over 100 miles away to pay to have it fixed!!

This company finds anyway they can NOT to pay for repairs. So after 1yr of ownership I have been have problems with my slide-out outer "siding" coming off because the screws are backing out AND the slide-out not closing or opening and sealing from the outdoor elements. We purchased a 2019 Entegea Esteem. Entegra is owned by Jayco. Recently I brought it to the dealer for warranty work. The levelers not working. Jayco told my dealer that the levelers failed because of owner neglect and abuse. I take the batteries out every winter on all my RV's so they dont freeze. I reconnect in spring. Red cable to positive and black cable to negative. When I put the house battery in I connected the one red to positive and the 3 black cables to negative. I purchase a 2019 jayco flight 175. I've had nothing but problems with it since I brought it off the lot. Every time I take it to the shop they say there's not a problem or if they fix something they make Mickey mouse it. I just can't believe I bought something brand-new that should not just keep falling apart. Nothing but problems with the refrigerator. Lots of leeks. Refrigerator dies after 75 degree weather. Jayco Precept 34G is the worst motorhome I’ve owned in 25 years of owning campers and motorhomes, the engineers at Jayco absolutely had no idea what they were doing when they designed and built the layout for the generator in this coach.
