WE PURCHASED A JAYCO TOYHAULER 2020 FROM ****** ******. WE DROVE OFF THE LOT TO *****AL SET UP NEW JAYCO AND THE GENERATOR WOULD NOT WORK. ****** ******TOLD US TO TAKE IT ******* ****** *******. THEY KEPT IT 3 WEEKS TO SAY IT WAS ON JAYCO AND ****** ******. WE TOOK IT BACK TO *******AGAIN. MAKE THE STORY SHORT THEY STILL HAVE OUT TOYHAULER. WE USED IT 2 TIMES SINCE MARCH OF LAST YEAR. Terrible customer service and their RV's fall apart from start. They are under new management and the units are nothing like they used to be. I guess the dismal 1 star review really sum it up, they do not care about their customers. Run from this company

Bought our 2020 Jayco 175rd in February of this year. It has been in the shop over 60+ days. Has cost us over a thousand out of our pocket. Has caught fire twice, water pouring in the front wind, walls warped and separating, and a long list of other issues. The RV is NOT safe and Jayco refuse to help rectify the situation. The last repair that was attempted destroyed the wall and compromised the structural integrity of the unit. That is a service center issue but they are who Jayco chooses to do their warranty work. We purchased a 2019 jayco hummingbird Baja. We have have had more time with it in the repair shop than actually using it. Its there again. Everything thing from jack stands. Propane leaks ,slide out stopped working. refrigerator, water pump. And now water heater. I have had it in the shop being repaired more than I have been able to use the trailer. The repair shop is great but Jayco has refused to repair manufacturer defects. Costly to the shop that does the repair. I will continue to pursue action to recover all the lost t... read more

Review submitted: November 3, 2020 In July 2018, my wife and I bought a brand new 2019 Jayco Starcraft Satellite 17RB for $17,153 at our local branch of a nationally authorized dealership. It developed what we thought was a minor rain water leak within the first year which we reported and was documented when we took it in for service in December 2019. I purchased a 2018 Jayco WhiteHawk 27RB. This summer while camping I noticed that the floor on the slide was separating from the wall and there was an open gap between the slide ski and the trim piece at the bottom of the slide. I had my wife bounce lightly on the theater seat on that corner and the floor was moving up and down. I went to a Jayco dealer and was told that the warranty was up in May so there would be no coverage. Too bad there's not a .0001 star option. A brand new unit with a furnace that doesn't work, leaks, seals that fail, stabilizer that collapsed and a host of other problems only to hear they are not going to be covered by warranty because they're not their problems. A quick search of the internet (something my son should have done before buying it) points to reviewers that all say that the Jayco product (and Thor in general) has devolved into junk. Absolute terrible customer service! I've been waiting for over a year for warranty work on my 2019 Jay Flight 29RKS. The warped door frame causes me to slam my door and leaking shower which is leaking into the underbelly....causing more damage. Jayco customer service is the worse I've ever experienced, I've received one voicemail and never received a call back when I attempted to call back. Very unhappy customer!

We purchased a brand new 2019 Mossy Oak in May 2019. Had problems with it in July 2019 with the slide leaking water in it. They had the dealership come and get it to fix it when we got it back the slide was crooked in the inside and Jayco said they wont fix that because it was cosmetic. The roof has many discolored spots on it too but wont fix that because they say it is just cosmetic. I bought a brand new camper so i would expect it to look like a brand new camper.
