Bought a 2019 Jayco pinnacle that I've had for less than 7 months and the leveling system doesnt work correctly, roof leaks, furnace went out and both bathrooms had water leaks from under the sinks. Called Jayco to get it fixed under warranty but I had to use their dealer. Well all the shops around me where 6 to 8 months out. I bought my satellite 16ks 1 year and 2 months band new off the lot .. Had it out for a total of three trips..It has been falling apart every since.. The roof leaks,the gas regulator went out now you always smell propane around the front of the unit,trailer side is delaminating,wheel bearings already need repacked,blinds broke,can't even open one of the doors for storage because it is hung so bad it digs into the floor,on my last camping trip the whole unit filled with smoke that came from the breaker panel.. Extremely disappointed in Jayco and we will NEVER buy from them again. Ruining lives one faulty trailer at a time! Not only is the quality of the travel trailer we purchased poor but so was the customer service after the sale had been made. You are basically on your own so if buying a Jayco, make sure you have thousands set aside in unexpected fees because they will leave you hanging out to dry. Jayco will not stand by their lifetime roof warranty and is a horrible company to deal with. Their roof leaked because of poor constriction and design and they are refusing to stand behind their product. So sad and angry at them. I bought this camper new and am the original owner and it has been cared for very well. It developed a leak and they turned me down for warranty. so sad.

On April 23 2019 we purchased a new Jayco Jayflight travel trailer. I am so disappointed in the trailer, the dealer that sold us the trailer and Jayco. My 2018 Jayco trailer is falling apart after only 3 trips in it. Bed frame is collapsing, cabinet shelfs have come apart Back wall in bathroom has a big crack in it. Plumbing fixtures are cheap. Trim around entry door is falling off. You can see all of the nail holes that were filled in. Very poor quality for a 20 thousand dollar trailer. No craftsmanship, garbage. I'm very unhappy with it. Customer service is terrible and no help at all! Been polite about the matter until now but megan in technical support will not return my calls. All I simply asked was since I purchased 4 hrs. From home and camping world treated me poorly in the past but is the closet dealer if I could take it to someone else ( non-jayco) and have warranty repairs done. Just bought a 2019 Jayco jay flight 28BHS. I've had it less than two months and the entire suspension, both stairs and the frame are covered in rust. The paint is completely gone on the suspension and in multiple spots on the frame some as large as four feet have no paint and are complete rust. I'm so upset! What was supposed to be a wonderful experience has been ruined by poor quality!! Never again will I buy from them!!
