Brand new Jayco ********** 32KBS - second trip out, the slide would not retract. Called Jayco (no real help) but found I would have to take the trim off around the slide to get to the motors (the over ride switch didn't work due to another issue with the trailer). Got the trim off and was able to remove the motors so that the slide could be pushed back into place. Then put motors back in to prevent the slide for coming open on the road. To Whom It ************ I read on your page "Your satisfaction is our number one goal." I am not satisfied and need to get this issue resolved. My Jayco outside kitchen door needs to be replaced. I have been passed around like a ball to different people to no avail. It started out as a three week process. We are now at 9 weeks and the ball keeps getting dropped. To whom it may concern, Although there were a few negative reviews, We recently financed a brand new Jayco Eagle HT and was not able to leave the dealer the day of pickup or delivery related to multiple errors within the Auto-Level and or stabilizers system and a few reverse wring matters. A quality control was done on this unit? Any addon feedback or comments would be great going forward. Thanks and Best regards, Jon A

Purchased a 2016 class a Jayco brand new. Worse piece of junk I ever owned. Engine light kept coming on,**** said they fixed it came right back on. Jayco dealer then "fixed it " came right back on. Electrical system had to be rewired and still nothing worked right. Warranty is useless, dealer terrible. Do yourself a big favor and stay clear of Jayco. Sold until after 7 months and took 20k hit.

I purchased a brand new 2021 Jayco Swift 20T on Feb 16 2021 and it was delivered about 15 days later at ****** **** ** ***** ***2021 is the first year that Jayco came out with a B class RV and I’m having issues; Poor craftsmanship, electrical work and a refrigerator malfunction. 2021 Jayco Melborne RP Slide out doesn’t work since day one. Paint issues, doors that won’t close. Only owned for 30 days and unable to use. First appointment is 40 days out and this is with the selling dealer. I was offered a 500.00 gas card but had to buy it and send a receipt!. I put down 50,000down and spoiled my planned vacation and was told a couple of payments would be possible for the inconvenience. I was told no. My payments are small with my down payment too. Jayco has the worst customer service. I have had my RV broken for 6 months and they have yet shipped out the part. Every time I call they give me excuses. The part is under warranty and yet I cannot get what I need. They are a scam, don't buy Jayco.

WE PURCHASED A JAYCO TOYHAULER 2020 FROM ****** ******. WE DROVE OFF THE LOT TO *****AL SET UP NEW JAYCO AND THE GENERATOR WOULD NOT WORK. ****** ******TOLD US TO TAKE IT ******* ****** *******. THEY KEPT IT 3 WEEKS TO SAY IT WAS ON JAYCO AND ****** ******. WE TOOK IT BACK TO *******AGAIN. MAKE THE STORY SHORT THEY STILL HAVE OUT TOYHAULER. WE USED IT 2 TIMES SINCE MARCH OF LAST YEAR. Terrible customer service and their RV's fall apart from start. They are under new management and the units are nothing like they used to be. I guess the dismal 1 star review really sum it up, they do not care about their customers. Run from this company
