Recently had to order replacement windows due to extreme wind damage. A Jayco customer service manager checked in with us to see how our order was doing. It was not going smoothe at all. The dealer ordered an incorrect window. The dealer was terrible at notifying us of a delay in ordering a new window. The Jayco customer service manager was not help at all. I recently purchase a new/used 2021 Jayco HT 274CKDS from the original owner who never used it as he was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. He took delivery 6 months ago and it has sat in his driveway since, never even on it's madden trip. Upon more in depth inspection of the trailer, there are multiple factory quality issues. We received fly purchased a Jayco Seismic Toy Hauler. Its one of the most expensive campers in the Jayco line. After burning off a new tire in 3 months of little driving and having to truck our camper ***** miles round trip up and back Jayco would do nothing to warranty there alignment and also reimburse for transportation or time to pull it back and forth. After waiting 8 months for warranty work and trying to get Jayco to help out, I finally had to dump my White **** 32KBS (almost a year old) and took a $7k loss on it. I implore anyone looking at these review to think twice about buying a ***Jayco. It appears as though it is not only mine but many people...do yourself a favor and look at other brands (not in the Thor envelope!)i had the ** for 2 months and had issues on the second trip, it sat at a dealership since then! DO NOT BUY A JAYCO!

Bought our Brand New Jayco Eagle HT on September 11, 2020. Had a leak in slide out, linen closet area. Supposedly fixed. Had to take it back in for same leak. Brought RV to AZ in Nov. Dec 7th RV was dropped off at Country RV. 5 months later on May 3rd we got it back. Chair they replaced was wrong chair. Chair was too big so when retracting slide out, it caught chair, tore linoleum and broke foot rest resulting in non functional chair. Bought my Brand new 2021 *** Flight Sept 17, 2021. After signing paperwork at Camping World ************ ** it was noted that the A/C unit didn't work so had to take it back for new install. During the A/C install got a call that there were 2 holes in from of A/C and roof had to be replaced!!! Who does the inspection before you buy! Jayco floors are terrible, second RV with them and both times the floors keep coming up. There are no warranty companies that are capable of fixing the RV's in a timely manner. The company does not respond to its emails.

Purchased a brand new 2021 Jayco Jayflight SLX 264BH. First use, the pipes on the back of the water heater busted, flooding the storage space. The cap on the front of the water pump has constant drip. Second use, we opened our door to discover the oven sitting on the floor, it was never even screwed in at the manufacturer. When the dealer repaired the oven, we had them check all the propane connections throughout as a safety precaution, they found multiple loose connections. I bought a 2015 jayco featherlite and have had nothing but problems with leaking I took it in for repair I have caulking all down the front! After months I finally got it back it still masks and I have to look at caulk!This thing is a piece of junk do not buy jayco!So for ****** dollars I have nothing I can recall because it's junk!
