I purchased a 2018 Seismic brand new, this trailer has been nothing but issues from day one. The dealer did nothing at all, and Jayco customer service took it over and I was having issues fixed from a dealer that is not even a Jayco dealer because the one that took my $90k dollars RV One is a crap company. Purchased a new 36KPTS six months ago. It's unusable. Jayko service is worthless. Dealer service is worthless. Warrenty? Forget that. Do not purchase a Jayco camper, you will be sorry.

Thank goodness for my local dealership ******** *** because that’s the only reason I’m leaving 2 stars vs 1. I purchased a 2019 Jayco JayFlight SLX8 BRAND NEW back in August 2019. The very first trip I took the camper out the power awning motor broke and the awning shot out uncontrolled and there was no way for me to roll it back up to transport it. Bought a 2019 Jayco pinnacle that I've had for less than 7 months and the leveling system doesnt work correctly, roof leaks, furnace went out and both bathrooms had water leaks from under the sinks. Called Jayco to get it fixed under warranty but I had to use their dealer. Well all the shops around me where 6 to 8 months out. I bought my satellite 16ks 1 year and 2 months band new off the lot .. Had it out for a total of three trips..It has been falling apart every since.. The roof leaks,the gas regulator went out now you always smell propane around the front of the unit,trailer side is delaminating,wheel bearings already need repacked,blinds broke,can't even open one of the doors for storage because it is hung so bad it digs into the floor,on my last camping trip the whole unit filled with smoke that came from the breaker panel.. Extremely disappointed in Jayco and we will NEVER buy from them again. Ruining lives one faulty trailer at a time! Not only is the quality of the travel trailer we purchased poor but so was the customer service after the sale had been made. You are basically on your own so if buying a Jayco, make sure you have thousands set aside in unexpected fees because they will leave you hanging out to dry. Jayco will not stand by their lifetime roof warranty and is a horrible company to deal with. Their roof leaked because of poor constriction and design and they are refusing to stand behind their product. So sad and angry at them. I bought this camper new and am the original owner and it has been cared for very well. It developed a leak and they turned me down for warranty. so sad.

On April 23 2019 we purchased a new Jayco Jayflight travel trailer. I am so disappointed in the trailer, the dealer that sold us the trailer and Jayco. When purchasing a new trailer and waiting 3 weeks for a screen for your sliding door, having a scratch in the table, nails coming up in the floor, a dent in the refrigerator, your backsplash coming off in the kitchen, there is a water leak under the kitchen sink, due to pipes not being tightened causing cupboard damage, walls were not tacked in properly so there are parts of ... read more

My 2018 Jayco trailer is falling apart after only 3 trips in it. Bed frame is collapsing, cabinet shelfs have come apart Back wall in bathroom has a big crack in it. Plumbing fixtures are cheap. Trim around entry door is falling off. You can see all of the nail holes that were filled in. Very poor quality for a 20 thousand dollar trailer. No craftsmanship, garbage. I'm very unhappy with it.
