My husband and I purchased a 2019 Jayco Eagle Travel Trailer on September 18, 2018. Just the beginning of our headaches that began with the purchase. That is another issue. My main concern here are warranty issues with Jayco and the complete lack of acceptable business practices in order to take care of their customer. Mr. L I purchased my unit (2018 Open Range Ultra Light 2802BH) in the summer of 2017. I used the unit for maybe 2 weeks (tops) prior to starting my family vacation across the USA this Fall. We had a rain storm 16 months after we purchased the unit and water penetrated the seals of the slide and entered the unit. We ended up getting a water log in our facia inside the unit and damaged the interior. Wanted to share my experience before this happens to someone else. We have looked at Jayco for 3 years on a toy hauler. They had the best warranty and seem to be at the time best built. We bought our camper on December 23, 2017 it was brand new. We have only been camping twice because it is a lemon. I have a long list of things but only sharing a few. can not receive water out of our holding tank, the slide out in the kitchen cuts the drain every time you slide it in, water sensors do not work, cabinets falling apart, table ... read more

we purchase a starcraft telluride 292rls in June of 2018. when we arrived at the dealership for pick up we heard loud banging form a tech inside the unit. the salesman told us a molding was being replaced, must have been a large molding, I did not ask. during the walk thru we found a interiour sensor light not working and an exterior running light not working, both fix by the dealer at that time. We purchased a highland ridge 291 reared living travel trailer and it’s beeb a pain in the buttocks it’s a 2018 model problems with the slides both they don’t close all the way I got openings on the bottom of the slides and the top ,the trim on the driver side keeps coming off and now the trim on the front of the slide got push off the the other trim because is to wide a nut fell of a screw and rip a hole on the flor the couch is loose the ac don’t cool the way it should the fridge has lot of condensation and it drains on th... read more

bought a highland open range 5th wheel a yr. ago with 2 yr. warrenty... this unit was set up with a washer/dryer prep or so I thought...so I ordered a w/d to be delivered and set up...it was found that the prep was wrong from the factory, so the installer gets the factory on the phone offering very little help for problem....the factory screw up cost me 1100.00 dollars with no return explanation or refund for their mess they put me thru.....also they want me to pay for the safety recall for the overhead lights! We purchase our 2015 Autumn Ridge in May of 2016. We first noticed that the plywood was not recessed on the slid outs and that when it rained the plywood floor would soak up all the water under are carpet. We ended up taking it to a dealer for the annual forty five point inspection and told them of the leak and the many other leaks that we were encountering. Can't even begin to explain the frustration and disappointment we are feeling about this manufacturer and our trailer. Purchased our 2016 Open Range 2604RB in June of 2016 and have had NOTHING BUT ISSUES. I've spoke to Eric, the Warranty Supervisor at Highland Ridge twice now and they don't see any reason for concern with all of our troubles. Dealership in Cambridge, ON Canada has been awesome and very understanding but this unit is LEMON and should never have left the factory. They should take this piece of crap back and gi... read more

After pulling my camper off of the dealership lot, I had many large bubbles in my flooring. I had to have them cut out and replaced along with replacing the plywood under the bed. While pulling my camper home from getting it fixed, my entire front cap of camper separated from the rest of the camper. Poor craftsmanship on trim work and on cabinet installation.
