This company finds anyway they can NOT to pay for repairs. So after 1yr of ownership I have been have problems with my slide-out outer "siding" coming off because the screws are backing out AND the slide-out not closing or opening and sealing from the outdoor elements. We purchased a 2019 Entegea Esteem. Entegra is owned by Jayco. Recently I brought it to the dealer for warranty work. The levelers not working. Jayco told my dealer that the levelers failed because of owner neglect and abuse. I take the batteries out every winter on all my RV's so they dont freeze. I reconnect in spring. Red cable to positive and black cable to negative. When I put the house battery in I connected the one red to positive and the 3 black cables to negative. I purchase a 2019 jayco flight 175. I've had nothing but problems with it since I brought it off the lot. Every time I take it to the shop they say there's not a problem or if they fix something they make Mickey mouse it. I just can't believe I bought something brand-new that should not just keep falling apart. Nothing but problems with the refrigerator. Lots of leeks. Refrigerator dies after 75 degree weather. Jayco Precept 34G is the worst motorhome I’ve owned in 25 years of owning campers and motorhomes, the engineers at Jayco absolutely had no idea what they were doing when they designed and built the layout for the generator in this coach. The Jayco team has spent no time on the road testing this coach before they started delivering it to dealers and customers I’ve had my coach for 6 months and NEVER had a trip without problems and now all Jacob wants to do is send me to dealers that have no idea how to make repair and or deal... read more

I bought a 2019 jay flight slx 8 212, these campers are crap , I have had several problems, and tried to get with the dealer I got it from and they are of no help at all, called and contacted jayco several times there so hard to get a hold of your on hold forever, I will never buy again from jayco. the dealer was so nice when they wanted me to by one. called me all the time , now nothing . terrible . so much for the 2 yr warranty. air doesnt work right , heater doe not light , water heater went the first week I had it , had ... read more

I purchased a 2018 Seismic brand new, this trailer has been nothing but issues from day one. The dealer did nothing at all, and Jayco customer service took it over and I was having issues fixed from a dealer that is not even a Jayco dealer because the one that took my $90k dollars RV One is a crap company. Well one winter being worked on by the other dealer and now this past winter Jayco took this thing back to there factory to fix it. Purchased a new 36KPTS six months ago. It's unusable. Jayko service is worthless. Dealer service is worthless. Warrenty? Forget that. Do not purchase a Jayco camper, you will be sorry.
