To ****** or not to ****** should be your thought process when thinking about purchasing an RV from Jayco. We bought a 2020 Jayco Eagle and from day 1 of purchasing it, the kitchen slide did not work appropriately during our demonstration. The dealer fixed it, and yet 6 months into camping, we had to take our camper back to the dealership to get fixed with the slide being our main issue, but had plenty of other concerns and fixes needed. I purchased a new Highland Ridge RV in July 2021. I had the ** in my possession for two days before it had to go to the dealer's service department to fix an issue. The toilet had been mounted incorrectly at the factory and was unusable. The repair took 3 months to complete. During this time I did not have possession of the **. Once the ** was returned to me I asked Highland Ridge RV to extend the factory warranty to compensate for the period I did not have the **. I own a 2019 Jayco whitehawk 26RK with a full warranty and came across an issue with the tv mount being installed incorrectly which resulted it falling off while traveling and breaking.. They claimed they didn't install it and refuse to help. It also has a propane leak inside the unit where I'll have to diagnose myself cause the warranty won't cover it.I'd reccomend avoiding Jayco and their warranties

***** R *******,My Partner and I purchased a 2019 *************** Flight. We have had nothing but problems with this Trailer from the Day we pulled it off the Lot in ******************** ******* ******. We have had Two Recalls One for the Gs Range and One for the Propane Regulator. The Regulator failed in June of 2021 and propane started leaking from the seams of the regulator. I own(unfortunately) a 2020 Starcraft Ultralight which is produced by Jayco. Jayco is refusing to pay for a propane regulator which has been recalled claiming it's because the work was performed by a dealer which doesn't sell their garbage. NEVER buy a Jayco product.

Brand new Jayco ********** 32KBS - second trip out, the slide would not retract. Called Jayco (no real help) but found I would have to take the trim off around the slide to get to the motors (the over ride switch didn't work due to another issue with the trailer). Got the trim off and was able to remove the motors so that the slide could be pushed back into place. Then put motors back in to prevent the slide for coming open on the road. To Whom It ************ I read on your page "Your satisfaction is our number one goal." I am not satisfied and need to get this issue resolved. My Jayco outside kitchen door needs to be replaced. I have been passed around like a ball to different people to no avail. It started out as a three week process. We are now at 9 weeks and the ball keeps getting dropped. To whom it may concern, Although there were a few negative reviews, We recently financed a brand new Jayco Eagle HT and was not able to leave the dealer the day of pickup or delivery related to multiple errors within the Auto-Level and or stabilizers system and a few reverse wring matters. A quality control was done on this unit? Any addon feedback or comments would be great going forward. Thanks and Best regards, Jon A

Purchased a 2016 class a Jayco brand new. Worse piece of junk I ever owned. Engine light kept coming on,**** said they fixed it came right back on. Jayco dealer then "fixed it " came right back on. Electrical system had to be rewired and still nothing worked right. Warranty is useless, dealer terrible. Do yourself a big favor and stay clear of Jayco. Sold until after 7 months and took 20k hit.
