Purchased a 2017 Open Range Roamer built by this company. Has been in shop more than at my house. Most problems corrected by Dealership except wiring for 3 TV hookups. It has been determined that manufacturer has failed to wire these hookups and one junction box is completely dead. Highland Ridge wants to say this is dealerships fault when it was overlooked by them. Can not get a straight answer from them.

We recently had a great experience with the support and service staff at Jayco, Inc in Middlebury, IN. We took our RV to a dealership while it was still under warranty. Unfortunately, they were unable to address our problems. We contacted customer service in Middlebury and they encouraged us to allow them to work on our Greyhawk. Although out of warranty at this point, they fixed every problem at no charge. Jayco remains one of the best RVs manufactured with an excellent support staff. Thank you Jayco!
My family and I have truly enjoyed our Starcraft Launch Extreme 17SB. Everything has worked since day one and the camper overall is excellent quality. I highly recommend this brand! Pulls beautifully behind a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited.
