It is sad that you can't buy replacement decals individually, but have to buy a set. I had a couple of decals damaged in a minor accident and Jayco is charging $900 when all I need is a $60 decal.

**************** horrible axle went out on new 2024 camper and converter in a hotel because of their protocol, they are not doing anything to fix the situation immediately I will never recommend or buy a Jayco ever

I purchased a brand new 2023 Jayco Precept on 5/13/23 along with the extended warranty. As of today, 8/16/24, the coach has been out of my possession for a total of 60 days since my purchase due to poor workmanship. They need to put a bigger pump running to the generator. Have had to cancel ***** docking trips due to all the issues. Jayco has been cooperative with the warranty repairs, but Ive spent many hours on the phone.

Bought a brand new 2024 Jayco Seneca XT, Class C and the engine lost power on our first trip and left us stranded. Had to get it towed out of our campsite. There is all kinds of rusted out spots under the truck (brand new 2024). Driveshaft was all rusted out. One of the driveshaft bolts was able to be loosened by hand and another torqued so tight the tow guy almost couldn't break it loose. Not to mention the propane doesn't work, hot water heater doesn't work and the electric reclining chair/bed got stuck in the down positio... read more

Be careful with Jayco. They dont always honor their warranty. Currently dealing with a ticket weve had open since 7/1 and Jayco still owes for repairs. We bought a brand new Jayco Pinnacle 5th Wheel and have missed 6+ weeks of camping due to issues. Not to mention the out of pocket costs weve had due to our hydraulic leveling system blowing a line - which also caused damage to my husbands truck. We had to use 6 quarts of hydraulic fluid to get the camper off the truck, then back on the truck at the campground - off the truck... read more

I purchased a brand new 2022 ********************** travel trailer Sep 2022 and trailer has been out of service over 12 months(370 days) out of the 22 months of ownership. ******* spent 7 months consecutive in the shop. ********************** has offered a small fraction of money for our inconvenience. ********************** does not honor their own warranty. Jayco does not stay by what they say about their warranty. I have a ************************************ about 6 weeks ago. Found a defective recliner, receiver and bedroom door damaged upon delivery. 5 weeks later, they continue to deny warranty work. Ive taken pictures and havent used it yet. Getting ready to do a lawsuit against them especially since this is a replacement after lemon law. Dont buy a Jayco. Horrible customer service.

I purchased a new 2022 RL Jayco ************** in May of 2022. As soon as I drove the unit off the lot things starting falling off and did not work properly. I was able to camp a total of 14 days this past year and the unit spent 9 months in the shop getting repaired or waiting on warranty approval. I have worked with 2 different Blue Compass dealers to try and 1. appropriately repair the trailer and 2. Try to trade this unit in for one that I can feel safe in and can reliably enjoy. I have a new Jayco Pinnacle with BM pro controls. I cannot begin to express how much I hate this unit. a junk pile lying in dog s*** the control system is 100 percent un relible. cannot even use it because you cannot trust that you can turn on , level, or use any of the componets. I pulled it 190 mile and took two hours to get controls working, resettting, disconnecting battries and re connecting battries. talking with tech on phone for more than an hour.
