The worst company to deal with. We bought a brand new 2024 Entegra Vision 29f last year not knowing their was an issue with the generator overheating on the heat leaving you with no air conditioning. This is a well known issue but they continued to put the generator behind the engine. I wish I would have ever found the ******** groups of people that have the same issues as us. Would NEVER!!!!!!!!! purchase another jayco product. I just bought a 160k jayco toy hauler. The quality of the products installed are horrible. Thr unit was damaged when delivered to me. No help from jayco. The fit and finish of doors,cabinets, lights, all hardware are cheap Chinese made junk. The linoleum floor has a huge bubble in it as wide as the unit. I bought a 2022 Jayco Super Lite new. After about two years, I discovered severe water damage caused by failed seals above both rear windows. Blue Compasss tech had to remove the underbelly and dump gallons of water to locate the leak.I filed a warranty claim. Jayco gave me a written denial, citing that the unit was outside warranty and calling it non-structural. Bought a 2022 Jayco 264BH from a dealer in ************* CT at a camping show. Have had way too many issues with this camper to count. Most of which the dealer tried and was unable to fix, or did only to have the issue re-appear and now we are out of the warranty period. This camper has been a nightmare from the get go with the first big issue being the fridge not working, which took months out of the 2023 camping season to resolve. Discovered a roof leak this spring on my 2024 Jayco. The dealer traced it to missing sealant on the battery solar power bracket. Jayco has refused to cover the damage, blaming lack of maintenance. I am in arbitration now, hoping for the best. Replacing plywood and interior panels will probably cost >$20k. This was the second water leak this trailer has had due to a manufacturing defect. Entegra and Jayco have known about these issues for years and continue to put the generator in the same compartment behind the engine. As someone in ******* in the market for an RV, I would never choose this company. Standing behind your 3 employees who crushed 2 live cats in a compactor is disgusting. I'll spend my money at business that actually has morals and ethics.
Unethical and inhumane animal practices to cats on the property. Sad thing this is not the first time it has happened, only the first time they were caught. Jayco says they do not support the actions of their employees but yet I think they need to show proof of that. What steps/ measures are to be taken to prevent this from happening again?
