Got the Ultimate and they suck at cleaning. Still had marks around the door and hood. So I told to redo it...I got attitude from the guy in the red shirt. Took pictures and was told to go home.
Worst car wash I have had, not to mention it took 45 min.

RecommendedWell they spilled oil all over my enginen. Thought it would be a good idea to hose it down with cold water on a hot engine block. When I called him out on it they say they do it every day all day. I'll be sure to forward my bill to them when my engine block cracks.
On April 15 I had truck washed on 83rd and W Bell Road. Service was to include car wash, vacuum interior and cleaning interior and exterior windows. When I arrived home I noticed the back seat had not been cleaned - no vacuum or windows, etc. Since they had closed for day I called them on Monday, April 17 and I was told the manager would call when he got off the phone. The staff is so friendly and upbeat! My car looks and smells amazing and my oil is new and clean!
RecommendedTook my truck to the Scottsdale CleanFreak location today, the truck was pretty dirty (not mud bog dirty just some muddy water spots) they said it was too dirty to clean, I offered to pay extra, they said no. Told me to take it home and wash/clean the dirt off then bring it back! What the crap, your a car wash! I took it to Jackson car wash at I-17 & Happy Valley, they got a kick out of the story. I did have to pay a $15 extra dirt charge but they did an awesome job on the truck. Thanks Jackson Car Wash.
