My wife took her car here for a simple car wash. Was harassed by the salesperson, then had items stolen from her car during the car wash. Contacted corporate, they don't return the call. Apparently, stealing items from their customer's car is acceptable behavior for Jacksons Car Wash. Stay far away from this shady and corrupt business.
Got the VIP wash and they didn't even clean the inside. Slightly covered the interior with sealant and didn't vaccumm or clean. My car is still dirty but now it's also greasy. Not impressed will not go back. I want my $40 back!
Don't go there!!! we just bought a band new van and got the oil change and vip car wash and when it just got done and notice there rips in the interior that was not there before try to tell the manager he was very rude!!! Told us he wont do nothing about it we will never go there again! This one was in happy valley
RecommendedUsually do a great job, kind of slacked off on getting the bugs off of front end this time. We'll try it again next time and see how they do
For all the people giving 1 star reviews head on over to Cobblestone at Alma School and Germann where your car will be half assed vacuumed and some places in the car missed completely then still dirty even after you comment to the service writer that you are there for the final time after your vehicle being returned a mess the last "3" times. Just got my shiny black car all scratched up at this car wash! Instead of trying to take any responsibility both the wash guy and the manager I called claimed their equipment was too good to scratch a car. Even a small trim piece that had just been replaced around the windshield was scratched but, according to them, couldn't have been scratched by their equipment. Don t risk ruining your car at this car wash!!!
ZERO STARS!!! Such a huge disappointment =( worst car wash ever! I usually only review places if it was a positive experience but this was so terrible.. I really don't want others to waste their $$
