I've been here for three minutes and four different salesmen have closely followed me harassing me to spend more money. If they didn't already have my keys I would have left. Never again
Over 5hours for a detail. Was told "maybe up to 2 hours" I feel for the guys out in this awful heat, but to watch him wipe his sweaty face off with the cleaning cloth then go back cleaning, using the same cloth is disgusting. Watched the detailers standing talking to each other and overheard them complaining about life, work. Never again.
They do not pay attention to detail, they hurry through the work, They break things on vehicles and leave interiors un touched. I stopped coming here about two years ago but decided to give them a shot today, never again
Great customer service. Crap car wash. The inside wasn't even wiped down and there was crap still on the side of my car that was clearly not cleaned off. Last time I will ever go here...
i went yesterday and once again they didnt clean the hatch on my rogue. i took the mats out there was sand from our vacation and it was still there. i called the manager and he stated sand is hard to vacuum up. really.on vinyl. He said i could come back or he would give me a free wash next time.He also stated. well they only make minimum wage.i told him that was not my problem that i paid for a service. i will not return.They do a poor job. i will go to 29th ave and Bell rd where they actually care and do a good job.
You should put a sign up that a carwash takes 1 hour. Slowest service ever!
