If I could give no stars, I would. I am so disappointed in this place. I've been going here since it was Danny's and then Jackson's. This last wash was HORRIBLE and then, to make it worse, they broke my wiper off my car and didn't tell me. It hasn't rained here until yesterday and my wipers went on and what do you know? Paid $24 and my car was not cleaned right. Dirt windows, didn't get the air freshener. Won't be wasting my money there again.
Horrible service!! Dropped my car off at 730am and was told it was ready at 130pm. I went to pick it up and The "detailer" left my car full of wax smeared throughout the car, black trimming was white from wax, wheels were not even touched, one of the shampooed floor mats had black finger marks. I left the vehicle for another hour came back at 3pm and still wasn't done and no one was working on it. It took about another 30 mins to finish and it still was not right. My Jeep Grand Cherokee was loaded by Jacksons into the tunnel and put in park. They placed a large pickup behind mine that for minutes repeatedly banged into the back of my Jeep in the tunnel. The Jeep would lurch forward and then stop again, only to be rammed by the large pickup over and over. Over $1300 of damage and Jackson's won't resolve the issue. The car wash refused to take responsibility for a piece of the trim coming off the car while going through the car wash. Corporate operations managers are not easily contacted during business hours. Very dissapointing, after spending almost $90 on a car wash and oil change. I even had to ask them to run the car through the carwash a second time because it wasn't a quality job. I have heard many similar stories, but now I have my own.
Left my car dirty after VIP wash. Had to go back. Still not clean.
