Great customer service! All so kind! Reason not a 5 star..issues with calling you with the radio turned up when you want to enjoy sitting outside. Sat an extra 20min cuz I didn't hear my name �
Lackluster cleaners. Went and had my car washed elsewhere afterwards. Shoddy job. Won't go back.
Front windshield only cleaned on passenger side. Didn't even touch interior back window & the interior drivers side step next to floor mat was even dirtier than when I arrived. Didn't notice any of this u til I haf exited and was headed to pick up a friend at airport so no time to go back. While I'm at it, the sales rep. was very courteous until he found out that I was not interested in a full detail. Actually, unprofessionally saying, "you didn't even let me finish". They do a pretty decent job sometimes and others not good at all. I will tell you remove all valuables including change cause all my quarters got stolen out of my car today but of course they will deny it. Lesson learned. They stole change when it was Danny's carwash and apparently that has not changed
I was driving in when I was hit by their employee driving another customer's vehicle. Management was rude and didn't even apologize. Horrible company.
Wish I could leave 0 stars. Dropped my car off for detailing at 11am. I was told it would take 2-2.5hrs. I called after 2 and was told they were just pulling the car around to start it. Couldn't believe 3 hours later and they hadn't even started it. Then I called at 430 and was told it will be 10 more minutes. Arrive 20 minutes after that and it is still being washed. I was told "5-10 more min". Seriously?! I will never come back here.
If I could upload the pictures of my "VIP" car wash you would throw up to think that I spent 97.00 for an oil change and wash. No worries I will post it on my wall. Worst part is, this happens every time I go. This time it was worse cuz I spilled a drink in my car and it was all still there. I think I'm done with this place.
