Horrible job. Vacuuming not done, tires half wiped. They actually ask you to tip before you even see your car. Staff screaming at each other. AVOID this place. 👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹
After having my car washed today I noticed scratches on my windows.. not cool and the manager Shane was rude and not helpful at all .. will be going to talk to the district manager
A horrible experience and a terrible job. The car was vacuumed, there was still bird poop and water spots everywhere. I bring it up to the manger and blamed me for not properly cleaning the car. What a joke! #jacksonssuck
Do NOT waste your time or money. Please do not tell me a service will take 90 minutes when it will actually take 2 and half hours. You have now wasted my entire morning for a subpar job. Stop running a business on lies and cons.
This is how the car came out after I paid 34.99 to have it cleaned I went back and pointed out these things and was told they do not clean the your car. If I wanted to pay them $139.00 they would clean my car ????? This is how they clean your car for 34.99 Even thought I paid extra to have it disinfectant
The update on my Jacksons Car Wash nightmare... after spending half my day trying to get an answer back from either the shop manager or corporate manager... I was told that 'their highly skilled mechanics determined that they were not at fault and they would not fix my vehicle.' And was told I'd need to replace my actuator (this is after having my car in their possession since I brought it in Saturday for the oil change/detail and my car not running after they were done). Nothing but upsells and incompetent mechanics.
I bought a complete detail and wax package.. They had my car for 5 hours on Saturday upon pick up I noticed several issues (under seats not vacuumed, seats not clean, counsel not clean etc etc) bring it back Sunday morning so they can correct the issue and here I am 2 hrs later still waiting.... How in the hell does it take over 7 hrs to detail a car that’s only 3 years old it’s not like it was a utter mess to begin with!!! What a waste of $120.00 DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING MORE THAN A WASH AS THAT IS ALL YOU GET!
