I went in to get a car wash and got and upsell to do detailing because it would only take an hour. Two and a half hours later the car was finally finished after a refusal of a partial refund. When I checked in after the first hour, they said it would only be only 30 minutes, but it took another hour and a half.
Got the Ultimate and they suck at cleaning. Still had marks around the door and hood. So I told to redo it...I got attitude from the guy in the red shirt. Took pictures and was told to go home.
On April 15 I had truck washed on 83rd and W Bell Road. Service was to include car wash, vacuum interior and cleaning interior and exterior windows. When I arrived home I noticed the back seat had not been cleaned - no vacuum or windows, etc. Since they had closed for day I called them on Monday, April 17 and I was told the manager would call when he got off the phone. Wasn't happy at all. Took almost 2 hours when I was quoted 30 minutes and a whole team doing the detail. Only one lady did the detailing (she did awesome). 15 people working the car wash, but only 1 doing detailing (which is way more expensive than a wash). Staffing and priorities don't make sense when viewed by the customer. No communication from start to finish within their groups.
Love the peoples who wash my baby as best they can. I know I make a big boo and all my animals hairs are in my auto. I would say "Thank you"! For cleaning....
Employees got sticky fingers. Be careful or just don't go.
This place is terrible. We've spent hundreds of dollars at this location. Today my husband upgraded to a premium wash and their technicians wrecked TWO tires putting it on the track. Not even an apology, much less assistance with repairing these tires. Bad attitude and terrible customer service.
I gave them a second chance (first time with the Ultimate clean and they didn't get it clean; this time I was quoted 20 min and my car is still at the start after 15 min). Won't be back.
