ZERO STARS!!! Such a huge disappointment =( worst car wash ever! I usually only review places if it was a positive experience but this was so terrible.. I really don't want others to waste their $$
I wish I could give negative stars!! This car wash destroyed my new Acura 2017 MDX by ripping off the rear windshield wiper blade and breaking the attachment piece. The car was in perfect condition on entry to the wash, but I did not notice the damage until the next day. I had a monthly wash membership, and did not have it washed any where else. You should put a sign up that a carwash takes 1 hour. Slowest service ever!
I have not been this upset in a LONG time!! Tell me why I took my car to a carwash to be washed and detailed at 11:17am was quoted that it'd take 45mins-1hr and 6hrs later we're still sitting here being told "three guys are working on it" and "it'll be done soon". OH, but I got two free car washes as if I ever wanna come back here again or as if that makes up for my lost time and money! �
