Probably the worst experience ever with a business. I got the best package and my car was still very dirty on the outside. Then they lost my keys, looked for about an hour and a half, where they tossed around headphones and a gym back inside my car, only to ask me to bring an extra one. They show me the tape and you can clearly see me handing the keys to the sales guy. And clearly see him stick them in his pocket. If I could give them a 0 I would. Worst customer serve I’ve ever seen. They’re quick to take your money but be careful of their shady practices and a management staff who supposedly have no power to do anything
Kind of expensive & didn’t do a good job. The inside door panels & glove box still had kick marks all over them... weren’t wiped down, terrible job at vacuuming floor mats. I paid over $20. Every disappointed.
I went there for my first time today since I’m new to AZ and they were all super nice! My car ended up being too low for the tunnel so they hand washed it and all the guys I talked too were very friendly!
Horrible horrible horrible ! Everytime I have come to get my car wash, VIP, the works no matter how expensive ; the quality has got worse. I pay to get a good wash and always tip, this time I've had it . Won't be coming back !!
Customer service is great. Very clean stopped in for a donut while i was on my route.
