I have not been this upset in a LONG time!! Tell me why I took my car to a carwash to be washed and detailed at 11:17am was quoted that it'd take 45mins-1hr and 6hrs later we're still sitting here being told "three guys are working on it" and "it'll be done soon". OH, but I got two free car washes as if I ever wanna come back here again or as if that makes up for my lost time and money! �

I went in to get a car wash and got and upsell to do detailing because it would only take an hour. Two and a half hours later the car was finally finished after a refusal of a partial refund. When I checked in after the first hour, they said it would only be only 30 minutes, but it took another hour and a half.
Worst service ever! Manager was of no assistance . Complete scam they are running. Be very careful. Will NEVER GO THEREAAGAIN
This is a horrible location, if you have a membership cancel it. They have felons and thugs as employees. The managers are anything but managers, they disrespect customers and employees, have assaulted former employees, this location needs a complete overhaul starting with management. The service is substandard, the managers talk about customers, this place is a circus and they have definitely lost my business.
I pre-paid for a detailing last year...and time got away from me...before I knew it the time had passed.....my year was up May 10th...I called & spoke with Kimberly this morning...she talked with the manager... I was told if I could get there today...they would honor it...Thank you so much for that..I really appreciate it....Everyone is so friendly here...plus they all do a fantastic job...the car looks great...again...Thank you
