Bought the $39 ultimate pkg and $10 to have the rubber mats removed and cleaned. When I went to pick it up the mats had not been touched. Still full of mud. They cleaned them then, but they were still muddy. Jeeps have a lot of black rubber. Still dirty. I complained, and a guy went over them with rubber dressing, missing spots. At least they did this when asked. Mr Car Wash won't do rubber running boards because of fear of lawsuits.
They stoled something out my truck and the manger stated we can't do anything about it and did not try to make it right he basically said I making this up horrible customer service
Please don't waste your money. I was told the wash and interior detail would take 45 minutes.. 1 1/2 hrs later and late going back to work the seats were SOAKING wet, the floor was not vacuumed, the dash was dirty, the center console wasnt cleaned, there were water spots all over the windows and tailgate, the air freshener masked the smell of fumes used to clean the back seat, the mats were not cleaned (they're rubber, not carpet so easy to clean).. BEWARE of OVERCHARGING! I can see from the reviews I don't need to explain my disappointment in this company. I have been here 3 times. All three times they charged me for an upgraded car wash, but GRACIOUSLY credited it when I said that I specially said I do not want it. Then every time I go to my car the upgraded wash has not been done!
When they were Danny's they did such a great job. Now they are terrible. I keep giving them another chance but this is the last time I go there. Went to get my car washed today and when they were done it was still dirty. There was gum all over the side of the car that was not there when I brought it in. I asked the guy to please clean it off and told him that It was not on my car when I got to the car wash. He says to me" It never is". What a jerk he had no right to say that to me. Absolutely the worst place ever, you get a better car wash when it rains!!!! My truck was worked on after 20 mins of sun baking the water spots on my truck. They dried and cleaned 4 cars before mine that went through the wash AFTER mine. There was still water spots after they said it was ready to go. They spent a total of 5 mins actually working on my truck. The running boards and door jams were filthy still and my windshield still had bugs on it. Love the peoples who wash my baby as best they can. I know I make a big boo and all my animals hairs are in my auto. I would say "Thank you"! For cleaning....
