I wish I could give negative stars!! This car wash destroyed my new Acura 2017 MDX by ripping off the rear windshield wiper blade and breaking the attachment piece. The car was in perfect condition on entry to the wash, but I did not notice the damage until the next day. I had a monthly wash membership, and did not have it washed any where else. Professional, courteous, 🚗 is very clean, and dog friendly!
First and last time here. Cars just sitting forever w/o being dried. There are five workers to dry and finish cars and they are literally walking around jumping from car to car. Massively disorganized. Patrons are just taking their cars and leaving w/o getting the windows done, etc. now have waited 30 minutes and not done yet.
The ONLY reason I go to this car wash is so the windshields will get cleaned. I'm short n fat and cant get it myself. Thankfully, they have installed free vacuums just outside, so you can go ahead and finish up your car yourself. They left popcorn on the floor, dirt and something that got spilled on the door, and never bothered to do the dash at all. They did manage to smear the film around the inside of the windshield, so I can tell that they at least made a lame attempt
