Don't go to the Danny's family car wash at Tatum and cactus. I wanted to get cash back so I made a purchase. I wanted to get $40 cash back and I accidentally typed in an extra zero so obviously it wouldn't let me get $400 cash back. That's understandable. I brought my 2000 Mustang in to the Dannys off 23rd ave and happy valley at about 12:30 February 24th, its a busy time so I understood when the man told me I had a little wait for my interior/exterior clean and wax. I didn't get my car back till 5. they took 4 1/2 hours to clean my car. apparently no one knew how to drive a manual transmission so they just left it there until I said something about it sitting, then when I got it back I noticed it had dried up bird crap on the wing and IT WAS MISSING AN AIR CONDITIONING VENT.... read more
I went yesterday for an oil change and wash. The staff locked the keys in the car and blamed me because of the auto lock. Then scratched my window using the slim jim tool to unlock my doors. Spoke with the supposed GM this morning, Ted, and he was extremely rude and unwilling to assist with my problem. I asked for his title and his bosses number and he refused to give me.
