This place sucks. I could have gotten a better wash from high schoolers fundraising at McDonald's. When we complained to their manager, Tanner, he didn't care at all. No customer service whatsoever. If you want a half-assed wash that you pay full price for by people who couldn't care less how it turns out, go here.
First time and I was not impressed. Ultimate Wash is a rip off. Going to have to find a better wash.
Unhappy with the cleaning , inside of car wasn't wiped right and had to go a second time for vacuuming ...
Destroyers of cars and then don't take personal responsibility. Just had a freind get his car dented big time. Wouldn't admit fault or even give free wash.. beware
The absolute worst customer service i have ever witnessed in my life.
Don't go to this car wash ever!!! Imagine this....they completely wreck the drive side if your car because another car ran into your driver door and they don't even refund you for the car wash!!! Worst carwash and worst customer service ever!!!!
Wasn't happy at all. Took almost 2 hours when I was quoted 30 minutes and a whole team doing the detail. Only one lady did the detailing (she did awesome). 15 people working the car wash, but only 1 doing detailing (which is way more expensive than a wash). Staffing and priorities don't make sense when viewed by the customer. No communication from start to finish within their groups.

Was told I would receive a complimentary car wash if I repaired my window through them. When I returned a few weeks later for the complimentary car wash the manager said he couldn't accept the voucher I had as its not "his policy". Places are only as good as the leadership and this manager was as poor or unexperienced as I've seen. I would encourage anyone to consider another car wash place than give this place your money.
