$23.00 to go home, and wash it so it was clean. Don't go here. In my opinion they are breaking the law worse than Danny's family was by ripping people off. I would have waisted less money using dollar bills to dry my truck with.
I can not believe all the bad reviews! This place was wonderful. Wanted to get my daughter's SUV washed for her birthday - they did such an over the top great job. She has had her SUV for more that 11 years they made it look like new again.
How do you lose a set of keys while the car is being attended to! I do NOT recommend this location.
Employees got sticky fingers. Be careful or just don't go.
Have been going there since it was Danny's and now Jackson's raised prices and give you a crappie job. Went yesterday and only 3 guys drying the cars. Needless to say they were under the gun with 5 cars backed up in each line and totally rushed each vehicle. I could have gotten a better job out of my grandson. Not all Jackson's are like this one on happy Valley but they have went down on their service to a score of ZERO.
This place is terrible. We've spent hundreds of dollars at this location. Today my husband upgraded to a premium wash and their technicians wrecked TWO tires putting it on the track. Not even an apology, much less assistance with repairing these tires. Bad attitude and terrible customer service.
I have been using the car wash and oil change service at the Jacksons/Danny's Family Car Wash on Happy Valley road since it opened. However, I have never had such poor customer service as what I experienced a few weeks ago from Richard, the car wash manager. I was so disappointed that I took the time to call Jackson's corporate office. I left a message for Richard's supervisor and never received a return call. Needless to say, I will never use Jackson's again!
I gave them a second chance (first time with the Ultimate clean and they didn't get it clean; this time I was quoted 20 min and my car is still at the start after 15 min). Won't be back.
