This place is so much better than Danny's used to be! The customer service is on point, everyone is friendly and says 'hi' if you are within ear range, and they have been keeping me updated on the progress of my truck every few minutes. Good job!
Horrible wait, only one car being dried at a time. I explicitly said no air freshener. However, the dressing that's used on the dash is highly perfumed or someone put air freshener in my car. This is NOT cool for someone who gets migraines from perfume scents. This place is not worth the prices they charge. Go someplace else or do it yourself. I will NEVER return to Jacksons.
Won't be going back very poor service water spots all over on the VIP wash they refused to give me my money back on the poor service that they preformed
The employees seem unorganized and extremely slow. Been here for over 45 minutes and still not done. I could understand if we were having the van detailed, but for a simple car wash???? Probably will be looking for a new place to get the vehicles washed
I was driving in when I was hit by their employee driving another customer's vehicle. Management was rude and didn't even apologize. Horrible company.
Fortunately my experience wasn't a good one. It took an hour 1/2 to wash my truck after another hour it sat untouched waiting to get detailed on the inside. Shortly after that time I told them I would have to pick up my daughter from school. So they told me to take the vehicle pick her up and come back so they can do the inside detailing. After that it took another 2 hours to detail the inside.
