Their employees steal from their patrons!!! Never leave anything in your car!! A friend had her ipad inside a magazine inside a seat pocket and it was gone. That is plain robbery and the manager at the Tatum and cactus car wash did nothing!!! All their car washes need to shut down. They don't deserve any stars!!!!
I have gone here for years and even though I noticed a decline steadily for the quality of wash, I have stayed faithful.....till today!!! I have endured being ignored having a hand wash done w no other cars waiting, they lost my keys but today I had a custom floor mat stolen out of my car!!! It will cost $185 to replace the pair because you can't buy ONE floor mat! I'm done and will tell everyone I know what a terrible horrible place this truly is!!
I will never go back to Danny Family Car Wash!!! I took my car in for the $19.99 package and it doesn't look like they did anything. My floors don't looked vacuumed, my windows were smeared and had finger prints, the dash board had the treatment they use but it wasn't wiped off! It was a waste of money! I will NEVER use them again!
