Wish I could leave 0 stars. Dropped my car off for detailing at 11am. I was told it would take 2-2.5hrs. I called after 2 and was told they were just pulling the car around to start it. Couldn't believe 3 hours later and they hadn't even started it. Then I called at 430 and was told it will be 10 more minutes. Arrive 20 minutes after that and it is still being washed. I was told "5-10 more min". Seriously?! I will never come back here.
If I could upload the pictures of my "VIP" car wash you would throw up to think that I spent 97.00 for an oil change and wash. No worries I will post it on my wall. Worst part is, this happens every time I go. This time it was worse cuz I spilled a drink in my car and it was all still there. I think I'm done with this place.
Management largely untrained lack proper skills to make much needed improvements.
Had my car scratched at dannys today. No compensation no refund. Because of this horrible policy they've just lost a customer or 10 years.
It doesn't matter which of their car washes you visit, the end result is generally poor. I've been to 83rd and Union Hills (the worst) 7th and Bell Road and one in Scottsdale. The windows inside are giant smears, carpets rarely vac'd very well, and the personnel just don't seem to care..
I had the worst experience of my life yesterday as a consumer at the location on 3rd and Bell. I won't go into what was said and how I was treated on Facebook, but I will say the customer service and verbal abuse which happened should not be sanctioned by this or any other company. I will not go back. I have been a customer since they opened their location on Bell and at the carwash in Deer Valley.
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible is all I can say after being a customer for many years!!!!!!!!! Previous visit was even worse and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told he was not on site. This time a manager came out and had nothing but excuses. I have one final prepaid detail to claim and then you will never see another dollar of mine! Definitely needs attention at your 83rd and Union Hills location.
