I have been using iSolved features for over 6 years and even with the merge with PayPro I have not had a bad or terrible experience. Yes, the *** response time became slower during the merge but that is expected when such changes occur. I have always been able to get answers to questions, guidance to wanting to learn more, and a very friendly and ************. We started using the isolved product through a small, local payroll company. We had 24/7 access to a dedicated **************** Professional that always had the answer to our questions or would connect us with someone within the organization who could help. As the small, local payroll company grew, it appeared that their clients that used isolved were transferred to InfiniSource, aka isolved, and we lost that relationship with our customer service rep who had been so helpful. We have had issues with communication and quality of service, however, this has improved in recent months. Training on ACA reporting was very helpful and informative! Email customer service can be slow. Overall - we have had issues, but have seen enough improvement to stick around and hoping this is a sign of things to come.

We have been using iSolved for about 4 years now. Most of our experiences have been very favorable. **************** is easy to reach and quick to respond to any issues or questions we have had. We would recommend this company to our business acquaintances for payroll services. Our only complaint is the cost, but we have not comparison shopped. Our old payroll company was bought out by Infinisource/iSolved and we stuck with it.
Definitely easy system to use to process payroll. Not happy about their communication but as long as I can do payroll I am happy.

Isolved has been great for all of business needs. Payroll is on time every week. I put in payroll on the weekends and by the middle of the week we have checks for 80 of employees. Best service ever!

Our business has used this company for while and it has been nothing but a pain. I would not recommend using them. They really do not care about small businesses. Their response time in helping with anything is horrible. We still have on going issues that they created even though we left.
