I have been a customer for over 10 years. I used ********************** at my previous employer and things went really well.I own a Daycare now and iSolved does our payroll and 401K. Both are running smoothly and I know that all of our government reports are filed on time and the numbers are correct. Being a CPA I can rest assured everything is on time and a great relief to me so we can concentrate on what we do best-running our business.Thanks iSolved!!!

I've been with Isolved since they purchased my last PR service company. I have never had an issue with them and they are always available when I need assistance. I would recommend them to any whom asked.

iSolved is very helpful in some ways and frustrating in others. **************** is kind of a roll of the dice. 80% of the time I get timely and effective support. The other 20% there is no response or a problem getting the issue resolved. It's a relatively expensive software and would be worth it if it were more intuitive and if issues weren't so difficult to get corrected. The iSolved University site leaves a lot to be desired. Great product, terrible customer service. I send in service requests that take days and/or weeks to get a response from, especially if it's related to Taxes or their supplemental platforms (i.e. ***************** They started out so great, and to piggie back on the review below, over the last several years have really fallen off. I used to love them, now I won't recommend them. They have some very nice people....if you can get a hold of them. I've been a customer for several years. All in all they have been good as far as customer service. The problem I have sometimes is that I send in our payroll usually before 8:00 and I have to follow up to make sure the payroll is being processed.

iSolved has been great for us. My favorite part is that they are very quick to reply every time. Even if its an email saying we have received your request someone will be right with you. Thank you iSolved!

Very poor customer service. There is a reason ********************** does not provide information for anyone above tier 1 support to be contacted. I Would not recommend.

I moved from ADP Totalsource to isolved about 4 years ago for payroll only. I am pleased with the customer support team. I always get a response immediately from a knowledgeable individual and have never had to wait days like ADP.
