I have used Isolved for years and recommended it many times to other companies. This time we have transitioned from Paychex almost 3 years ago and have begun to add other modules like the *** and Share and Perform. The payroll side is great - allows for easy T&A and production of pay records. The reporting is a bit challenging at times(i.e. a list of all W2's cannot be produced if the ee has elected electronic processing). I really liked this company but they keep holding up our payroll for unnecessary reasons so I'm changing my review to one star.
Communication could be quicker. Especially with emails. It may take more than 24 hours to get something resolved or even answered. As far as the system itself, very easy to use. Simple and to the point of what needs to happen. The implementation team was the best. I would definitely work with them again.

I have been with isolved for 3 months now. I can honestly say this is the best employer I've ever had.
As an Executive Director, *************** resources have always seemed to be extremely difficult waters to navigate. We have been a client of isolved HCM, LLC for approximately six months. They merged with the payroll software company that we had been using for several years. The initial transition was not as smooth as I had hoped for but now that six months have passed, it is smooth sailing. It is easy to reach someone at the payroll service by phone. At times, iSolved respond quickly to our inquiries, but other times it take them days to get back to us, which makes it challenging. Additionally, the app used by employees to manage their payroll information is not user-friendly when it comes to making changes to their own information. It is difficult to navigate and it is hard to reset the account access, which results in frustration and confusion among our employees. I think communication with Isolved could be better. It takes forever to get anything taken care of, and it seems they care to help at times and not. Thanks to ******************************* for all his help. I think if management took more time to help with their customers and training was better as well as their pricing not always increasing and or them trying to nickel and dime you for every service possible Isolved would be more pleasant to work with.

Isolved had improve a lot from the time we migrated to use them. We use them for our ATS and Payroll and so far has been good. Excellent customer service!
